Evander had just stopped blinking and was dozing slightly, almost asleep when she heard the most incredible ruckus, like someone was breaking the castle down. She blinked her tired pale blue eyes open and oddly, didn't feel afraid but rather annoyed. She got up creaking and groaning and went to the door. She opened it and walked into the hall, rubbing her eyes when she saw a black blur. In the next instant something huge knocked into her and sent her flying. She landed on the floor hard, rolling a bit before stopping, her sensitive rib breaking again, she screamed out and then coughed up some blood before opening her eyes to look at what hit her. Her eyes widened in fear, her pupils dilating. It was huge and it was looking right at her. Her old fear returned, like it was her fault she stopped the creature's rampage despite it knocking into her and hurting her, she feared a immanent beating when really, she did nothing, she couldn't look away. It was absolutely terrifying.

Vynon slipped into sight, then slowed as he approached Evander. He crouched down in front of her and hesitated to reach out and touch her. "Is anything broken my lady?" He asked carefully.
Evander watched in surprise as the giant creature just vanished. She winced and gave a small scream as the new stranger reached out and touched her rib. Amazingly, she was irritated now. She slapped his hand away as more blood was coughed up. "Yes something is broken! Again! What the hell was that thing?! I thought Gale said nothing bad happens here?! And it didn't even stop to say sorry!" She coughed, winced then lay down. Her odd self was coming back rather rapidly, those dried flowers working their magic. She held her ribcage and sighed. "I much rather prefer the Vampire King's brand of nonsense, at least HE made sense." She felt tired still and moody and hungry again.

Evander was small and light in his arms. She allowed him to carry her into the kitchen and be lain on the table. She felt scared really, this reminding her of being like a giant pig with a apple in it's mouth on a silver platter. She giggled at the thought, the room lighting up at the sound. She realised then that she hadn't giggled in the longest of times. She watched the man with snow white hair and asked, curious, "What was that giant thing? I couldn't get a good look but it felt solid enough. And why is your hair white when your obviously young?" She asked, unafraid and curious.

Evander eyed him. She felt rather like whacking him in the head. She winced a bit as he bandaged her ribs. She wondered immensely as she lay there, he wasn't being too forth coming. "The beast? Is that what it is or is that just it's name? What is it? I've never seen something like it before." She sighed and glared at him, "Try being starved for 500 years and see how fragile you get. Speaking of which, I'm hungry now, may I please have some blood?" She asked, rather hopeful that she would actually get it. She wondered about what species this man was. He knew her to be a vampire but then again her pale skin, odd eyes and extended fangs gave her away.

Evander took the bottle, thanked him, then stuck out her tongue. He if was going to be rude and slow about it then she would rather not speak. It happened with Gale as well. She knew she could get her words rushed but this was ridiculous. She didn't want to confuse people or get scolded every time she spoke. She would rather not say anything then. She sat up slowly and then opened the bottle and began sipping. She closed her eyes and sighed, the blood in the bottle he had handed her tasted wonderful.
