But since I don't know all the details about the plot, I'm honestly a little worried I might approve a character that you guys would want the creator to edit or one that has conflicting information ? ;-;

Or whatever else you need help with ^^

And I was thinking maybe it could cause argument among the healers?
Some of them would want to help with injuries
Some of them would just not want to get involved
Some of them would want to stay in the kingdom for the sake of the planet?
Those were my thoughts anyways.

Maybe it could almost be like a political thing? So it's like a huge thing in the castle too? Since everyone would be looking to the royal family for the answer to the huge debate going on ?
All just ideas. But I think it really makes sense, we should definitely mention it in a plot thread ?

And since there's such a large royal family they could all have different opinions.

So would you maybe want me to start approving charries, and than you could just skim over everything to make sure you agree ? That way, if there's something you catch that I didn't, or info that conflicts with the plot, you can have them edit it ? ^^

How do you like this for a timeframe of when to start:
first the two characters in every kingdom
and then we set a date? So it'll give us time to make topics and other people to finish characters.

But do you think you could review the Shifter Queen for me ? Because I love Steph's character -like, a lot- and it includes a lot of potential plot ideas for the Shifter kingdom.
So I want to just make sure it all checks out with you, since it has such an impact on everyone else's shifter characters.
As for organizing the topics, we could probably do a separate folder for each kingdom ? And then each place be a new thread within that folder ? Might be the easiest way to organize it all, but it's just can idea ^^

Well, I feel like if the castle were to have it's own separate places, then we'd probably have like. . . a million and one different threads. But if that was the plan, then maybe you could just do something like "Castle-Kitchen" and "Castle-Garden" and whatever else comes with a castle. Like, all in the same folder, but classify it as part of the castle ? Or you could always make it a separate folder too, like one labeled Asteria Castle and then another folder Asteria Kingdom where all the general places would be?
I think it all just depends on how many places you want available.
My personal opinion, but I don't think that many places are needed. Like, sometimes there will be multiple threads that literally only have a single post in them and that's it. But that's just what I've seen.

You could flag them as important if you want to put them in the same folder as the general places, or just create another folder for the castle.
We can help you set it up however you think would be smartest.

As we approve more characters, we get closer and and closer to having to start building topics. I think that the best way to do that is each of the mods takes one kingdom, and then whoever's done first or has extra time can do a second one.
There's going to be a lot of topics, which can lead to organizational problems. We need to make people's homes, the castle and public areas and any forests or lakes or oceans. (If you think any of these are unnecessary, please say so.)
Now there are two ways to do this (That we've thought of) if you have another idea, please let us know!
1) Have a ton of folders, titled per kingdom and general area (probably about three or four folders per kingdom)
The folders would be titled with the kingdom and area, for example:
Asteria ~ Castle
with all the castle threads in it
Asteria ~ Homes
Asteria ~ Public Areas
2) Have one folder per kingdom, but title areas for exactly what they are.
Asteria Folder:
Castle ~ Prince King's Bedroom
Castle ~ Kitchen
_____ ______'s {House, Apartment, Condo}
Castle Gardens
Public Gardens

And a side note: I think you should consider the possibility of like. . . . Maybe starting earlier ? Because it seems like people are kinda starting to drift a little bit ?

Yeah, the castles would be basically the same, and then there would be general places..... There's also some characters who have family businesses and stuff, so each of those will be unique to the kingdom.

I guess we should make a list of places then.

THE GREAT HALL
◾The room in the castle called the Great Hall was intended for the main meeting and dining area and used by everyone who lived in the castle. The Great Hall was a large one-room structure with a loft ceiling which was located in the Inner Ward. At the end of the Great Hall was the Dais which was a raised platform for the high table where the highest ranking Lord and Nobles were seated. The Lord's family at first slept at the extreme upper end of the hall located beyond the dais. These sleeping quarters were only separated by a curtain or a screen. This sleeping arrangement quickly changed and private rooms were added to a castle called the Lord and Ladies Chamber.
◾At the end of the Great Hall was the Dais which was a raised platform for the high table where the highest ranking Lord and Nobles were seated. In medieval England salt was expensive and only afforded by the higher Nobility. These Lords sat on the dais at the 'high table' and their commoner servants at lower trestle tables. The salt was placed in the centre of the high table and only those of the appropriate rank had access to it. Those less favoured on the lower tables were "beneath) the salt".
THE LORDS & LADIES CHAMBER
◾The room in the castle called the Lords and Ladies Chamber, or the Great Chamber, was intended for use as a bedroom and used by the lord and lady of the castle - it also afforded some privacy for the noble family of the castle. This type of chamber was originally a partitioned room which was added to the end of the Great Hall. The Lords and Ladies chamber were subsequently situated on an upper floor when it was called the solar.
THE KITCHEN
◾Kitchens were integrated into the Medieval castles - they included cooking ovens for baking and huge fireplaces for smoking and roasting food. They also had a water supply complete with a sink and drainage. The kitchens were built against the curtain wall, in the inner bailey and connected to rooms called the Buttery and the Bottlery
THE GARDEROBE - PRIVY CHAMBER (the Toilet or lavatory)
◾The room in the castle called the Garderobe was intended for use as a toilet or latrine. There were many rooms used as lavatories, called garderobes or privies, included in Medieval Castle. The Privy chambers, garderobes, were positioned as far away from the chambers as practical and often had double doors added to reduce the smell! Shoots were provided for the discharge which often led to the castle moat. The garderobes were supplemented by the use of chamber pots
THE MINSTREL'S GALLERY
◾The room in the castle called the Minstrel's Gallery was intended for the Lord's musicians and situated on a raised gallery overlooking the Great Hall
THE THRONE ROOM
◾The Throne room was a later addition and was designed as a receiving room in a castle when the King or Queen was in residence

The room in the castle called the Pantry was intended for the storage of perishable food products.
THE PLACE OF ARMS
The room in the castle called the Place of Arms was a large area in a covered way, where troops could assemble.
ACCOMMODATIONS
There were various rooms used for accommodation purposes of the soldiers in the castle. Such quarters were called barracks and mess halls
And maybe gardens as well?

But I was thinking if in each kingdom we can put a 'housing application' so we know what housing topics to make whether in the castle or outside of it.
