Darn, I had to pay $2 for this, oh well :)
I bought the physical paperback books at Wal-Mart. Not my best investment ever, but they weren't too expensive.
You can't get this book paper back where I am, that was my problem.
Really? I couldn't even find it online paperback. I had to buy it on my kindle.

I can't find it on the internet, and I can't find it on my e-book. When I type in the name in the search bar, all the books come up except for that one - it's as if this book doesn't exist.
Anywhere.
Please, I am desperate. How can I get this book? If anyone has any information or any links to it - I'd be able to sleep easier. Please help!
