Skylar walked in through the doors which surprisingly lead into a house…well…that was understatement. Her mouth was sealed shut as she simply took her time marveling, her eyes gliding from the floor , round the walls, to the ceiling. Her steps were small, and working at a slow and steady pace, then turning a hundred and eighty degrees so she was facing Pheles, “What the hell? You live here? I live in a freaking dorm while you live here? What is this?” Skylar asked as she got distracted by his house for a second more and then met his eyes again. “Are you kidding me? "I'm a demon," Pheles replied, shrugging as he walked through the hall past her, towards his favorite place to be in his house. His bedroom, of course. "I can have whatever I feel like," he added, laughing as he opened the door to the master bedroom. "Coming?" he asked, smirking back at her.
“Right…the perks of being an asshole, I should remember that,” Skylar muttered following Pheles as he led her to his bedroom. Why wasn’t she surprised? Still, she couldn’t say she wasn’t amazed by the nice place; all she had was a cheap calendar decorating the bland wall and a bookshelf which broke every time she moved anything. She looked around the room before lying on his bed, arms under head casually as if this was just her place, “You are one lucky bastard,”
"There isn't any luck involved," Pheles replied, shrugging as he sat on the other side of his bed. "I'm just a lot more intelligent with money than most humans, and I have supernatural abilities that you can't even imagine," he added, adding on a very mature raspberry to the sentence, to rub it in.
So the careless was with the careful, brilliant. But Skylar couldn’t help but to laugh when he mocked humankind. She was a human and yet she agreed that humans were horrible creatures. They were parasites, always taking and never giving back. They were corrupted and easily persuaded by lust and sloth, envy and gluttony, they were selfish. Their pride swallowed the whole and their greed caused them to cave in upon themselves. Humans were just a great mess and the events they caused were a perfect example of that. “Supernatural abilities? Like what? The powers of seduction?” Skylar said as she began clapping sarcastically before taking his hand and pulling him down next to her, sitting was a boring thing to do anyway.
"Of course," Pheles replied, laughing as she pulled him down. "That and many other things," he joked, winking. "Demons have to be skilled at many, many things," he teased, a smirk on his face. His pointed teeth seemed to have an extra sparkle in the light of the room. "So, are you just going to lie there and relax, Skylar, or are we going to have fun?"
“Mmmhmmm right, sure, whatever you say,” Skylar muttered with a grin as she looped an arm around his neck drawing him closer, fingers lacing through his hair, “You know, you can add annoying to the list of things youre good at, right up there with seducer and fox raper” But she shut her mouth right after, you know, having a dead body in bed wasn’t exactly pleasant. “Oh I don’t know; I like to think of myself as spontaneous,” Skylar said giving off a shrug. What bullshit, if anything, she liked things and people to be straightforward, things were just simpler that way.
"You need to stop saying that," Pheles muttered, immediately losing at least eighty percent of his sex drive. "It's a huge turn off," he said, as her fingers brushed against a horn he had hidden. "And if you want straightforward, I'll give you straightforward. I'm tired of talking. I want you to start losing clothing."
"Yeah but youre so turned on by a million other things that that turn off is microscopic. I cant help myself." Skylar said as she pondered why he would say he wanted her to lose clothing when he could just imagine it...hmm...she just guessed that hallucinations weren't as good as the real thing apparently. "Are you just going stay that way or are you going to kiss me? Because Im impatient, if you hadn't noticed already,"
"Then this can be your patience exercise," Pheles said, sighing at her eagerness. He leaned over and granted her request and pressed his lips to hers, gentle at first, since things hadn't escalated that much yet. They were just speaking, albeit about sex. But his drive was back, with a vengeance. She wasn't very easy to resist, even for him.
“Haven’t you heard that its wrong to play with people?” Skylar asked; she was such a hypocrite sometimes but she really couldnt help it now could she? Well yes she could, she just didn’t choose to do so. Ash he pressed his lips to her she ran her fingers through his hair. Okay. So, she just met this guy, got arrested and called him to bail her out, now she was making out with him…not bad on her standards, not at all. At least she knew his name. She laughed against his lips as her hands traveled downward to the collar of his shirt, nearing the buttons, “Patience ultimately sucks ass, why are you doing this to me?”
Pheles laughed back. "Well then hurry it up," he said, not exactly very patient, himself. He wanted her just as much as she wanted him. He really needed some stress relief, and he didn't see a better way to do it then in a sexual way. After all, it was the most relieving method, in his book. Other ways were less fun, too.
(( Sorryyyyy seriously I am so sorry, I've just been up to my head in charrie sheets but that's not an excuse considering its been 4 days. Sorry ))Skylar didn't say much much back, all she did was kiss him and start unbuttoning his shirt. If this wasn't fun then she didn't know what was. She just wasn't one of those people who were tied down. She didn't want say she was a fee spirit like a hippie or anything but yeah that was the general idea. Here, we can just call her carefree, that works. But that didn't mean she didn't have sentimental value. Maybe she wasn't sure she 'loved' the guy yet but she could learn to right? Sure she was one to make rash decisions and never finish things that she started but that didn't mean she couldn't change. Oh and here's the other word. Change. Yeah Skylar was unsure of that but she guessed like every other miserable human out there, she would have to suck it up and deal with it.
((It's alright.))Pheles moved his hands down to her hips, then brought one up to the end of her shirt, starting to pull it up, pulling away from her kiss for a second. He didn't consider the fact of love at all. It was pretty much a foreign feeling to him. He just found her extremely attractive and less insufferable than most. He wasn't exactly sentimental or anything about her.

Skylar definitely wasn't a sleeper, she tended to be those late night partiers and then early morning risers. she stirred quietly in the warm blankets, rubbing her eyes awake groggily. As she took in her surrounding, she lay confused--wait--this wasn't her crappy dorm room. This was a legit room. Oh and lets just add the fact that she was naked shall we? Her head pounded softly as she continued to think of where she was, recalling what happened last night. She turned and saw Pheles beside her and that was when the final puzzle piece fell into place. "Morning psychopath," she muttered; now one may think that she was extremely calm considering where she was and that was true. Ha, you all think this was the first time she woke up in some stranger's bed?
"That's sweet of you to say," Pheles joked, yawning softly. He had been sleeping, but it wasn't very hard to wake him. The word 'morning' did the job perfectly. "Morning," he added, wondering if he wanted to get up or not, but at the moment, he chose not to. He had had some pretty good sex, and now, it was time to be lazy. After all, he wasn't ever very eager to get out of his comfy bed.
Though Skylar had an urge to just shove him off the bed for calling her sweet, she resisted—she figured that wouldn’t be the ‘sweetest’ way of greeting someone you just slept with in the morning. Instead she just put her head on his chest and closed her eyes for a bit still awake though, debating whether or not to make a fox raping joke but once again, decided against it. She wasn’t in the mood to be a pain in the ass like she normally was. So instead she opted with a non snarky but sarcastic line, “You know…we’re like a live version of fan fiction. I like it,” Skylar muttered with a wry shrug. It was true though, she just guessed that they were a stranger different most original fan fic you could think of. They were just better then everyone else, people just had to deal with it.
Pheles laughed. "I was being sarcastic," he said, in reference to the sweet comment. But, in any case, the fan fiction comment wasn't exactly inaccurate. "You do, do you? Well, I suppose that it is pretty nice," he agreed. Where else could you befriend and sleep with a girl in less than a week? Besides a brothel in Eurasia. You could do that rather easily, then. But, it made it less likely to contract diseases.
"Of course you were," Yeah, that made more sense. The guy would've been a lunatic to have called her sweet; see even in the morning, her sarcasm was just perfectly wry and sour. To his asking, she gave a shrug, thinking about it. See everyone had this misconception that everything had to have been done for a meaningful reason. People just thought and thought till their lives ran away leaving them behind in the dust. So what if she was being reckless, at least she still had an idea where her life was--in hell--but she lived it happily. "Yeah...yeah I guess I do. You should know, I sleep with every guy that bails me out from jail," Skylar joked happy she couldn't read his thoughts about diseases. He didn't like hearing about foxes, she didn't like diseases, good deal. "Oh you sucked by the way, absolutely horrible," Skylar lied with grin not doing a good job of hiding the fact that she was joking.
"I know. I try. Glad you noticed," Pheles joked, completely unfazed. After all, he didn't believe her anyway. Besides, it wasn't like it mattered anyway. If he was bad, in her tastes, then she'd bail, obviously. It was just natural, right? And, if he wasn't, then she wouldn't, and he has sex any time he really wanted it.
“What can I say? Im very observant,” There really couldn’t have been anything falser than what Skylar has stated right there; she just got distracted a lot. It was just a bad habit of hers; sometimes her mind started cycling and one thing led to the other until she was completely unaware anymore—if only she had a nickel for every time someone called her name when she wasn’t paying attention. But unlike all those other times, she actually was paying attention now. As much as she loved staying in bed all day, she just kind of wanted to do something today. They had sex and that was fine but there just had to be more to it. Everything just had to have more to it. Breathing was breathing but it was done to keep living and people wanted to keep living because they had something to live for. Similarly, sex was just an act and it really would only be an act if there really was no reason. Skylar gave Pheles a slight nudge to the shoulder. “We should do something,” she stated turning to him, “Wanna go out for a movie? We can go clubbing after wards,”
"I'm not really one for clubs," Pheles replied, shrugging. Movies were all fine and good, but clubs were noisy, irritating, albeit easy to mess with. He could trick people into giving out drinks, wasting money, making even bigger fools of themselves than normal... It was almost too easy. He liked challenges, and clubs weren't on the list of them.
