This is a great idea Rose, does anyone have any suggestions of bools we could read? If we get enough we could have a poll.
How about I am Malala? Or 12 years a slave?
I'm currently reading a Marilyn Monroe biography and a Walt disney one. The Walt disney one is great but is from the 70s so copies are a little hard to come by!

Does anyone else have any suggestions for potential group reads? We can set up a poll for people to vote on or if there are only a few choices we'll do one a month.
What about you Vikki? Any suggestions?

I'd quite like to read any of Thich Nhat Hanh's books but specifically
The Art of Communicating. This is something I'm particularly working on at the moment!

Sounds good Melody. Have you read any other non fiction you'd recommend?
OK final call for any group read submissions. I'll put up a poll tomorrow with the books mentioned here and in another thread. I'm thinking because we're just started a new month, we could read from the 15th to the 15th of each month. Let me know if anyone has any objections x
I have the following suggestions:
From Moon Cakes to Mao to Modern China: An Introduction to Chinese Civilization
How Paris Became Paris: The Invention of the Modern City
The Climate Casino: Risk, Uncertainty, and Economics for a Warming World
Green River, Running Red: The Real Story of the Green River Killer--America's Deadliest Serial Murderer
Symmetry: A Journey into the Patterns of Nature
I would also be open to any good biography.

Oo wow good list Terri. Anyone know a biography they want to read? I recently added Grace Kelly's to my list and Lauren Bacall.
I'd be interested in either Grace Kelly or Lauren Bacall, Rose.

That sounds good too Lucy. I like a bit of history reading. I was the geek who enjoyed reading the text books in school!
OK the poll is now live, you can find it at the bottom of the home page for the group. Please vote and the winning book will be chosen as this months group read.
