Inspirational, romance and most chic lit for the happy endings. You?

I read for fun, I read to learn, to travel in another world, to meet characters that I wouldn't meet in real life or to gain a best friend during a month or so... I just love reading.

Jayne, I'm kind of like you. I read to free my mind. I thrive on creativity, and sometimes I just get too bogged down with reality. I read for possibilities, that ominous "what if?"

I absolutely love when a situation looks hopeless in a story and the mysterious alchemy of two characters meeting allows them to find a hidden miracle in the midst of everything. I'm always blown away by that.

I read because the adventure I visualize while reading is more interesting than watching a movie. I enjoy that I have something to look forward to every day and its reading.

I agree, Irene. The adventure of a story is such a whirlwind experience that it's hard to leave that story for anything.

I read for a lot of reasons. Sometimes I just want to escape or be entertained, but often I learn something - even in fiction books. I feel like books help me to grow.
