Unwind
question
Does the Unwound person have a soul?
I think everyone has a soul, whether they were/are kind or not. I don't understand how anyone can look at someone and say they are soulless. Even if you are a horrible person I still believe you were born with a soul. Let take Roland for example, he was manipulating and self serving but in the end was he soulless. I think no, he couldn't kill Connor even though he really wanted too and he was scared. Even though we are made to not like him very much I cried for him when he was getting unwound. All he tried to do was protect his mom and then was unwound for it.let's see who else...Cleave even though he was nit in the book to much I feel like he was a major player being a clapper or whatever. I don't even think he was an unwind but let's look at him anyway. Because if anyone didn't have a soul it wad him. Killed the goldens just to cause chaos. I think he was with out a conscience and maybe missed guided but not soulless. If you can't see a soul or feel a soul and can't prove a soul how can you say some people have one and some people don't? Then how can you say only a unwind is soulless?

I think that to have a soul, you have to be aware of your actions, like the right arm of an unwound person might not have a soul, but the temporal lobe of an unwind might contain part of the soul. On the other hand, the soul might be connected to all parts of the body and the soul might be floating around in space somewhere, able to visit the different parts of the body whenever it wants to. It could also choose maybe to add on to someone's personality, and give part of itself up for the bearer of the body part to know more about the former bearer of the body part (original or not) so the bearer might become a better person with all the knowledge. That brings up another point. Is the soul only with one person, or does it get used in the creation of many others. Does it remember the other bodys it had, or did it get 'brainwashed' This is an interesting concept, and maybe story-worthy? Please respond with your thoughts on the many issues I brought up.
