Swapping in new covers

Hi,
I would like to change the cover for Parts One and Two of the "A Life Singular" serial, since I have received professionally designed covers.
Please could you let me know how I can do this via the librarian group?

Hi Lorraine,

Goodreads policy is to keep all covers, even those for out-of-print or no longer available editions. Instead of deleting old covers, we create new editions. If the new cover editions share the same ISBN or ASIN, we create what are called alternate cover editions (ACEs). You as the author have the ability to set whichever cover you'd like as the default cover. You should be able to add the ACEs yourself, or you can ask a librarian to do so for you. Just post a link here to the new covers and we'll take care of it.

yes, reviews and ratings are all pooled together and show up regardless of the edition a user clicks on or shelves.

FYI, i added a few ACEs for parts 1 and 2 for kindle and paperback where i could find them. would you like me to set up a series page for you, too?

Also, I notice that the sets of editions for my two books have now been consolidated, but the picture showing is the old cover. Is there a way to get the new covers to display instead, please?

You as the author can set the default edition to whichever cover you'd like. Follow the instructions below:

1) Navigate to the book's page. Be sure you have selected the edition you wish to become the default (primary) edition.

2) Click "edit details" below the book's description.

3) On the right side of the page, click "Set this book as the primary edition for this work". It's about midway down the page.

Only Goodreads Authors can set the default edition at this time.
