Why can't I see my book reviews?

I am an author and I have 9 reviews of one of my books, but when I click on reviews the timer just keeps spinning and spinning and the reviews are never displayed. Could someone please take a look and see what might be wrong? Thank you.

I think you need to take that to the Feedback group; I tried refreshing the book record to see if that changed anything and it did not.

(While you're here, though: do you have the ASIN for this edition yet? At the moment it's showing a truncated ISBN, which is wrong both because it's truncated and because it's an ISBN instead of an ASIN on a Kindle edition. Also, is the cover image the same as for the paperback? We can upload a clearer version of it if you have one. Neither of those is likely to be related to the problem; the paperback edition record looks just fine and that's showing the same error in the reviews section as the Kindle edition record.)

In Firefox 26 nothing shows under the 'get a copy' line. In IE and Chrome I get the famous "An unexpected error occurred. We will investigate this problem as soon as possible — please check back soon!".

This edition does not show on the combine page which might be a clue

It shows up on the combine page for me.

And the book page looks normal enough to me in FF.

For what its worth have you tried clearing your browser cache?

It could also be something odd like java or flash being outdated? Sometimes those can throw the weirdest errors around. (Even if this page isn't using them)

Will be hard for GR Engineers to pinpoint at this point as it seems somewhat random as who is having issues.

It seems like whatever issues remain are not something librarians have any control over. A thread in the Feedback Group or the Author Feedback Group might be better.
