I have posted my review on goodreads for this novella. Gave it 4/5 stars. Thoroughly enjoyed this novella.
The writing is great - there is some romance, suspense, family disharmony. I actually got the build up and the ironies in the story. And while the tension is explained between father and son there are other unanswered questions. I want to know more about this family. I will be looking for more by this author.
