Tricia, the buses from Las Pinas will not go as far as Remedios. Mostly they will let you off at V. Cruz, you will need to take a jeep from there. Get off a street after Quirino Ave. Or try to take a shuttle from LP instead. Ask to be let off at Malate, Sulayman Park, Max's Restaurant; then walk from there.

I've often said that saying yes to my first TFG meet-up invite was one of the most life-changing experiences I've ever had. That still rings true up to now, but there were many other instances that my life was changed because of this group.

With you guys, I have discovered how much I love the written word even more than I thought I did. I have curbed my need to hoard books because I know that I could always borrow from you (yay). I learned that I feel joy when I gather people. I have learned how to be a better leader, how to take care of people, and how to expand my heart so I could love more people. I have learned how to dispense grace and accept grace, too. I have learned to be vulnerable, to be open, to forgive, to love, and to be loved. I have learned to be silent, too, and be secure in the fact that even if I fall silent, I am still loved. I have laughed and cried so hard, ate and drank so much, slept so little, and every single moment of that was filled with love.

So, thank you. There are some instances that words cannot really convey fully what it is in my heart, and this is one of them. Even if things and people change in our little group, it is my deepest hope that we all remain. Not necessarily in the formality of this group, but you know, in each others' hearts. ♥

*wipes away tears* Haha. But seriously, you all know I love you, right? :)
