I'm just 5% in. There is an interesting think with Aeron Greyjoy drowning people and they are still alive. I could not tell if they resuscitated them with cpr or if they are like living dead.I did not do a spoiler for this one since it is right at the beginning of the book.
I'm not very true to my word. I'm flying through this book. At 15% now. I think Arya's story is going to be interesting.
Cool! I just got the audio book for joining kindle unlimited. I thought it wud be neat to listen to it, so I picked it. Hopefully I'll start soon.
I may consider kindle unlimited. Starting a new job in August where instead of an hour bus commute I can walk to work. May need to switch from reading to listening now.
I haven't started this yet. I've got quite a lot to get through this year, another 80+ books by my calculations to get all my challenges completed.
I'll try and start next week.

Yeah, these long books really cut into completing a certain number of challenge books. I'm behind in my goal and it's entirely because most of what I have read this year have been long books.
I'm at 60%. A lot of coverage of Brienne and Csersi/Jamie with a little Sam and Arya thrown in. Oh, and the Kracken's are scrabbling for control up north. My loan ran out, so I'll wait to pick up either another library loan on kindle or just read the paperback until others start catching up.
I'm finding it hard to listen and not be able to follow along with a book. I might have to hold off until I can get the book.
I finally bought the book, pb version. Only on pg30 so way behind. As long as I finish this b4 the new season, I'll think I'll be ok.
Ha, I'm 75%. I start a new job in September so wanted to finish it while I still have the long commute. I won't spoil anything, but will say that I'm a little worried for Arya, and I am seeing some foreshadowing for probably the book after Dance with Dragons.
I feel like the battle between the iron lands, Victorian, damphair, euron, and Asha has been ignored in the series. I wonder if it will be touched on at all. Not complaining as the series right now has been amazing, but just wondering.

I really liked their parts in the books.
