"What I had to ask." She looked at him he seemed really unsure with what to do with her."So what now? You have me what are you going to do with me?" She asked ever so gently.
"I told you, you'll see! Stop asking the same question and wording it differently each time!"
"Fine I'll just be quiet then." She sat leaning on the wall deciding she wasn't going to talk to Jay anymore. Eventually she fell into a troublesome sleep.
Jay made sure she was really sleeping and he moved her to a bed in the other room and took out a pair of handcuffs he had stolen from his dad and he handcuffed her to the bed and kept the key in his pocket then laid on the ground an fell asleep.
When Ari woke up she found herself handcuffed to the bed."what's this?!" She yelled throwing stuff from the bed at Jay.
"What the hell is this!" She yelled again.
"God, calm down! Lucky for you, I'm not some perverted rapist and I handcuffed you to the bed so you could be comfortable, and not so I could rape you."
"THAT"S reassuring." She said sarcastically."Can you please take me home?! I don't feel safe here I don't trust you! Take me home!" Ari was furious with Jay.
"Just go away. You keep calling me an idiot when you're the idiot. Just go away you don't care. I don't care just go." Ari said giving up the battle.
"You're cute when you're mad." Jay informed her.
"Stop trying to flirt with me." She said quietly turning away from him.
"I don't flirt. I compliment." Jay informed her.
"Ok......what now? I'm bored." She told him.
"What do you want me to do about it?" Jay asked with a sly grin.
"I don't know I handcuffed to the bed. You chose." She said not caring what he did to her. It didn't matter anymore. Ari honestly wanted him to do something to her other than insulting her.
"Alright, well I'm hungry, I'll be back." Jay stood. He didn't notice, but the key to the handcuffs fell out of his pocket and he headed into the other room.
Ari saw the key on the floor. She couldn't reach it though. Ari gave up and laid there.
Jay walked back into the room with two plates of eggs he put them down on a small table and reached into his pocket for the key. It wasn't there and he started to panic inside, but outside he was cool and calm. He handed her a plate and a fork without taking the handcuffs off like he had planned and instead sitting at the edge of the bed with his own plate and fork.
"You dropped your key." She told him.
"Ok." Jay said as if he was uninterested.
"There's no way to get through with you is there? I'm being patient. And your playing games." She told him.
"I don't." She told him. Ari took a long look at Jay. He looked kind of cute. Get thatout of your head he took you from your home don't have feelings for him! She thought and turned away.
"Sucks for you because I dropped the key on purpose just out of your reach." Jay lied as he picked the key off the ground and put it in his pocket.
"I wasn't going to leave." She told him.
"You're saying if you had a chance to walk out that door, you wouldn't?" Jay said in disbelief.
"Nope. I would stay here. I've gotten used to it." She tells him smiling.
"You are a liar. You're not fooling anyone." Jay told her.
"I'm not lying." Ari said sitting up. "I had nothing at home. I didn't want to go back but I would miss my sister. My parents do care they never did. I'd rather stay here..." She told him.
"You keep telling yourself that and I'm gonna go." Jay took his empty plate and paused at the doorway. "Are you done with that?"
"Sure I guess." She handed him the plate.Remember he doesn't care. Ari thought.
She sighed. He doesn't care he doesn't care he doesn't.
((Try to make another move on her.))
Jay returned to the room and sat next to her on the bed. "I'm really sorry this had to happen to you, you seem like a really nice person." He said as he rested his hand on top of hers. "I'd hate to see you get hurt."
((Thanks I didn't mean to sound pushy.))"Thanks...........I didn't mean to tell you my life's story." She told him.
"If there's two things I like, it's stories and games." Jay told her. ((Don't worry about it:))
Ari leaned her head on his chest."I honestly like being here with you." She told him.
((Funny.))"Sorry I didn't mean to.........." She sat up off his chest.
"I-I'll be back." Jay purposely left the key right next to her on the bed to see if she was telling the truth about wanting to stay with him. If she was lying, it probably wouldn't end well, but you know what they say, curiosity killed the cat. He stood and exited the room.
She saw the key and grabbed. She chucked it in the trash can. She wanted to be with him.
Jay heard something and waited for her to come out. There were no windows so she couldn't get out through a window... Could it be, that she was telling the truth? He entered the room again and she was still handcuffed to the bed.
"I told you I wanted to be here with you." She said smiling.
"In the trash." She told him.
"God, you must be crazy." Jay muttered as he took it out of the trash and put it on the night table beside her. "If you ever change your mind, it's right here."
She sighed grabbed the key. Ari unlocked herself out and stood up to face him. "I like it I don't want to go home but I don't want to be chained like I'm a prisoner." She told him softly.
"Well I can't very well have you leaving and calling the cops on me or worse, leaving me here in the handcuffs I used on you and never giving me a second thought."
"What are you like a pervert or a raper or something?" She asked him sarcastically.
"Oh let me guess your going to rape me!" Ari said again sarcastically.
