Happens all the time, thousands of times. It can either mean that the person is notable but not an author or that someone has added a quote and got the author wrong or often that the quote is personal. In this case the tags suggest it is from

Good catch. The quote in the Moody book has J.B. Stratton but I don't see why we can't use his full name.
