The protagonist is male. Now that I think about it, I believe he was also native american (at least on one site)

Hello Ann, in some ways, the novel reminds me of Eric Van Lustbader's The Ninja. So, I'm not too sure in what category that would go into.

I borrowed this booke from a library in e thlate 90's or early 2000's and it wasn't a new book at the time. I was initially drawn to it because it seemed to be action packed, which it was.
