Is it ok if I start a topic for the December comic book read?

I thought Blankets was a fantastic graphic novel. I can't remember when I've been so entranced by a comic. Craig Thompson does a wonderful job detailing his life growing up. And, I was fascinated by the parallels in our lives. Growing up in the same part of the country, and even embarking on the same type of spiritual journey.

His art style is wonderful, too. I like the subtle differences between the different seasons of his life.

Highly recommended.
