hm....I'm thinking. Maybe you could just say that she doesn't remember most of it, but she simply spent a lot of time with animals or something?I dunno.
Well, I went to look at some of the other deities that don't have much of a history and thought I should try to give something she did in the beginning. Or maybe I could make up my own thing?

History: Her origins are mysterious, but Pinga is said to be the creator of walruses and caribou. There is a tale that speaks of a girl who lived on her lonesome after her parents died in a night. She wailed for days and nights, almost loosing the will to live. The other gods and goddesses took pity on her and so exalted her to goddess. And in her grief, she rent her clothes and with her powers of a goddess, she created creatures that have long since become companions to her. From her boots she made walruses and from her breeches, she made caribou. She dwells in a remote place where she is surrounded by herds of caribou and when her people give her the proper respect, she sends the herds and make the Inuit people prosperous. She can create the animals' free souls, but with the help of the god Sila, they are given breath-souls.
Combat: She is very skilled with a harpoon, spear, and a bow and arrow. Though Pinga hasn't necessarily fought, she is quick and has good reflexes.
