Issue with adding books to series

Hi everyone, I'm a librarian and I managed to add two books to the same series, however, the first book is now listed in two series - one all by itself, one including the other books. I cannot figure out how to make it so that the books are only listed in a single series.

The books I'm working with are Forget Me Not and Remember Me by Stacey Nash. Forget Me Not is book 1 in the Collective series and is currently listed under 2 series, only one of which is correct.

Is someone could let me know how to fix this, I'd really appreciate it.

The series was first created back in August. So usually if you wanted to add more books to a series (link in the details), just click the series name and click on edit and should give you the option to either add or remove books. I'm only guessing here but I suppose if you removed the book from one of the series, that would work.
