Help please - author issues with access and stats

Hi all,

An author friend has these problems:

I can use it (Emmeline - Goodreads) fine from my ipad or Toshiba laptop but using it from my Macbook Air I can view anything but when I need to actually do something, like add a book, like a book, review a book I get a page not found error. Its only on the macbook air so I'm not sure if I've perhaps got a setting selected that I don't know about? Thanks for the help

Just one more quickie... while you are asking, the author stats are coming up wrong. When I go to my actual book lists I have lots more in my to read, read shelves than is coming up under author stats. Thanks.
