Catcher In The Rye by J.D. Salinger Discussion

It has been a while since we have done a group read. I figured I would toss a controversial classic up there for us to read and discuss. The history of this book and the events surrounding this book makes it interesting enough for read. I highly recommend the Salinger documentary on Netflix to watch before you read this.

I've read the book. Good book thanks for the advice on the documentary. Hope they have it on UK netflix too as I wouldn't mind watching it.

I'm almost finished with it. So far it's a pretty good book.

Finished it and well it is what it is. I enjoyed it but I don't see why it has such a shady history in conspiracies.
