"But I feel fine" she whispered. She yawned a bit. She felt fine now. The fever and the cold were linked to a magical infection. Which can't be heal with magic but by time. They didn't know that yet but they will.

"Mmhm. But you are going to stay here with me until I know for sure that you are ok." He said, holding her against him gently. He rested his chin on top of her head, smiling a little.
She nodded her head and closed her eyes. She soon fell sleep. Breathing in him. She smiled a little. She was happy and content right now.
James woke up the next morning, blinking his eyes and unfolding his large wings slowly. He stretched them, yawning.Sam woke up slowly. She looked around, panicked for a second, but when she realized that everything was all right, she sighed and smiled, relaxing again. "Morning Charming. Are you awake?"
She shivered a bit and sniffled when his wings left. She was shivering a little bit now. "Good morning." She whispered. "I'm feeling ok now." She said. She was just a little cold that's was all."Huh it's too early in the morning" he said tiredly shifting a bit.
James rubbed his eyes and his vision cleared. He watched her shivering for a moment before frowning. "You're still cold?" He asked. He pulled the blankets around her, holding her close to him so he could heat her with his core.Sam giggled softly. He was so adorable when he was tired. She relaxing against him, moving a hand up and resting it on his chest. "Whatever you say Charming. I'm counting on that breakfast you promised me at some point before tomorrow." She laughed softly.
"I'm fine" She said. She stopped shivering as soon as she was near him. "Angels can't get sick right no matter what magical colds and regular colds?" She didn't want him to get sick."As me I mean you." He whispered tiredly. "Go back to bed." He muttered before falling asleep again.
James shrugged, "We can get magically induced illnesses, but regular colds, no." He said, smiling down at her. "I'm sure I'll be fine." he told her gently.Sam rolled her eyes. "Lazy bum." She muttered, before resting against him again and allowing her eyes to close. She tried to go back to sleep, but now that she was awake, that was near to impossible. So she got up and walked to the kitchen, snacking on some fruit she found there.
She backed away from him. "I can't get you sick. It could be magical cold or infection." She shivered terrified of getting him sick. She couldn't get him sick. "Is there way to make sure you don't get it.""I'm not lazy." He muttered. He wrapped an arm around her.
He shook his head, "Sorry, no. It shouldn't be too hard to cure though if I do get it." he said, smiling encouragingly at her. He pulled her back close to him again, trying to keep her warm.Sam leaned against him. She smiled to herself. "Of course not Charming." She tipped her head to look up at him. "You know you did promise me a breakfast last night."
She backed away again. The magical sickness can only affect her. Someone placed it there. "I can't get you sick." She shivered a bit more. She sniffled her nose. She couldn't get him sick."Yeah PBJ" he whispered. "I'm trying to sleep."
James nodded. "I know. But I can also feel when I start to get infected. If I do, I'll let you know, ok? I promise." He said, watching her for a moment. He wouldn't force himself on her. He would wait for her permission to hold her again.Sam smiled and nodded. "Ok." She whispered back. "You can sleep if you want." She nuzzled her head against him until she got comfortable and sighed. "I'm going to teach you how to cook one of these days." she muttered.
She sneezed. She was shivering now in a constant rhythm. She was cold and had a slight fever. She went and sat on his lap. She snuggled into him. She stopped shivering. "I don't feel well. " she whispered. "I'm hungry to." Eating and sleeping is what she will need. How are feeling? Sick too bad. I guess you don't know when to keep your hands off my man. Well I guess he's going to watch you get consumed by darkness because that is the only way to get betterHer faced paled. She sneezed again."Mmm" he fell back to sleep
James nodded. "Ok." He got up and grabbed her a pear, apple, and banana which he handed to her. "I got you some food." he said, lying back down beside her and pulling her against him. "Please try to get better. If you figure out what is wrong, you'll tell me, right?"Sam smiled and closed her eyes, falling asleep as well.
"The demon put some type of curse on me or sickness the only way I could get better is to go dark. But there is always another way." She said hope in her voice.He smiled and he was happy.
James growled. "That b-" He held his tongue, scowling slightly. "If that is the only way, go ahead and do it. I'm an angel, our species are created solely to deal with darkness. You won't be able to hurt me. I promise." He told her gently.
"I don't have enough energy to do that." She whispered. Shivering again. "I'm so cold James." She muttered softly. "I wish I did because I would but I don't have enough" she said sadly.
James nodded, "I'll donate some of mine." He said, pouring some of his energy into her. "Tell me to stop when you have enough to do the job." He told her.
She sneezed again. "Stop please I don't think it's working I feel worse than I did before" she started to shiver again as a cough came out. Her face was pale. She was cold and wanted to get better.
"Ok." He stopped. He hugged her against him, hoping to heat her up some. "Let me know if there is anything else I can do for you." He whispered gently.Unknown to them, the demon princess had a brother, a playboy, and manipulative, trouble making, brother. He would cause trouble for them later, and would meet them only because the princess wanted James back. But soon his interests would fall towards Sam....
She sneezed again. "When I get better do give me permission to kill her?" She asked. Next thing she knew she was with the demon Princess. "Top to the evening. So this time around I'll play it different. I can't kill you but i have a better arrangement that will work out fine. Your friend is part of that to." "Don't bring Sam into it." Sam was beside her in the blink of an eye. "Sam wake up."
"She'll awake soon but to make sure your mind powers don't work." She said a spell and threw them in a room. "James can't come get you because I am you." She smirked at flashed back as Calla. Coughing. "What happened?" She asked confused. "I felt like I was blinking everywhere."
She screamed no. "Sam do you think James will be able to tell the difference"
James frowned slightly, but he quickly softened and relaxed again. "I don't know. That was really weird..." he said. "Are you ok?"Sam's eyes were wide, freaked out by the sudden change of events. "I-I don't know. Why am I here? What is going on?" She asked, trembling slightly. She scooted closer to Calla, scared.
"The demon Princess is trying to get to James. For some reason she needs to girls. She said well be entertained by someone. She never said who. And I don't like the sound of that." She looked at her. "I'm scared too." "Yeah." She smiled. She shivered some more. "I'm cold" she whispered.
Sam shuddered, "I don't either..." She looked around, her eyes wide. "Entertained, by... who?""Me darling." A figure stepped out of the shadows. It was a tanned, black haired, and very handsome... demon. "And I think you'll be very entertained." he grinned maliciously.
James nodded. He snuggled closer to her, hugging her gently. "Feel better now?"
"We won't be entertain by you." She said looking at him. "Your not that cute anyways." She looked at him. "Now if you please excuse us." All of the sudden she changed into a siren. "What did you do? Why do I look like this?" She asked."Yeah just cold some" She said smiling.
The demon grinned, flapping his wings gently. "You look better like that darling." he crooned. He moved over to the cage, and then moved right through the bars and inside. He flashed Sam into a very low cut tank top and a short skirt. "You can call me Chase."Sam looked up at him, trying desperately to cover herself up. "Fine Chase, what do you want?"
He scanned them over. "I want to have some fun." He smirked.
James nodded, smiling. "Ok." He wrapped his wings around her, holding her gently.
She flashed into back into an outfit and Sam and they looked the same as before. "I don't look better. Now Chase please move. So we can get back to our lives." She asked pushing her way through Chase. She fell backwards. She squinted her eyes. The siren in her wanted to take over her body. She was fighting. "Stop please before the siren takes over" she begged.She shivered again. "I'm cold very cold" She let another sneeze out.
He shook his head, smiling. "I don't think so." He said, grinning. He moved closer. "Besides, if you lose control I'll still have one toy to play with." He looked down at Sam.Sam shivered uncontrollably and tried to scramble away. She hit the bars of the cage.
Chase moved closer and forced her to stand. Sam struggled as he bent closer. "No, no no, please don't do this." she begged.
The demon smiled, holding her easily in his arms. "I don't think so. Don't worry, you'll like me a lot more after this." He leaned down and kissed Sam.
Immediately she stopped struggling, as a demon's kiss makes the person in love with them for life. She sighed happily and relaxed.
James pulled her closer, wrapping his arms around her, along with his wings. "I'll keep you warm."
"Sam no." She whispered. She felt and over realm of jealously warm in her. "Please let me do the same to you." She begged. The siren in her was jealous. She wanted to kiss him to. She trying to fight the charming look of him. It was so hard not to stare. She looked at him. She was falling under his control. Danny woke up in pain. He ran into the room where James was. "James something is wrong Sam connection she broke it someone broke it. It was a demon. James there has to be away to get her back."
She smiled at James. Oh that little brat was there. She sighed. She wanted to kiss him. She didn't say anything. "Where is She. Who would to this?"
Chase smiled, dropping Sam on the ground. "Later darling. I've had enough for now." He said, smirking. He moved through the bars of the cage again and flew away into the shadows.Sam watching him go, a look of dreamy infatuation on her face. Her eyes were all big and moony. "Hmmm. He's so nice." She murmured.
James frowned. "What? What could have happened? Calla, can you sense her?" He asked, worried about Danny and Sam.
She nodded. "I know." She smiled and blushed watching him go into the shadows. She wanted him to kiss her too. Later he said. She couldn't help but smile. She sighed. "Sam do we have to leave?" She asked."No." She said looking at him. Which was lie. She knew where they were. She just had to get him to kiss her. Her brother was probably enjoying them. His gifts.
"James would we be able to break their connection?"
"If it's a demon wouldn't we have to get them away from the person who caused it?" She asked. "It seems the most logical way to do it."
Sam sighed. "I hope not..." she smiled widely. "Oh I never met a nicer looking demon in all of my life." She leaned one hand on her fist, waiting and watching eagerly for when he would come back.James shook his head, "No, that wouldn't work. The only way to break a connection like that between a demon and someone they connected themselves to, is to turn the demon. I should know, I was in a similar experience myself." He said, shrugging. "So you better hope it wasn't a demon who got Sam." He said seriously.
"I know do you think he likes our outfits?" She asked worried on how she looked. "I mean we have to please him." She said."I'm sure of it. I could feel it." He said looking at him. He started to tap his foot.
That's never going to happen knowing Chase. He wants the two girls I gave him. He must of kissed the one. That means Callas next. With her out of the way I can have him to myself She was unaware that James could hear her thoughts. Chase they catching on. Get the other one too She told her brother.
Sam nodded in agreement, looking down at herself. "I hope so." she said, thinking about it for a moment. "I think he does..."Chase nodded when he heard his sister's voice. He didn't like being ordered around, but he would do it anyways. He flew back to the cage, floating inside.
Sam let out an exciting giggle.
Chase smiled smugly. He knew the one girl was completely and totally in love with him. He liked her. He liked them both. He picked up Calla. "Looks like you're getting your wish early witch." He said, kissing her. He held onto it for a moment, before dropping her and leaving again. Done. He told his sister. He would play with the girls again later.
James eyes darkened and he stood up on the bed. "You!" He growled. He looked just about ready to snap her neck. "Where are Calla and Sam? What did you do with them? Tell me now! They're with Chase, aren't they? You gave them to him?" He knew Chase from when he was a demon. They had been friends. As such, he knew very well what Chase would do with the girls if he did indeed have them.
Calla smiled. She took a deep breath. She couldn't wait until he came back with for them. She was in love with him. She loved him forever. "He's amazing Sam." She whispered. She smiled kept watching until he came back. Calla relaxed. She would do anything for him now."Took you long enough. She hoped you could tell the difference between us but you didn't. How disappointed she would be. Well too bad they are both in love with Chase. They are sitting and waiting for him. Now you can have me." She said with a smiled.
Sam sighed dreamily. "Oh I know." She grinned at no one in particular. She was dying to be around him again.James growled in rage. "You sneakily little..." He shook his head. "I don't want you, demon. I don't want you at all. Why do you think I left you the first time? You're just a love sick little puppy walking around with her tail between her legs. Wake up girl. I am never going to want you!" He said, enraged at what she had done to Calla. It was as good as murder. He knew it was next to impossible to get her back, and he didn't want to go see her acting in love with another man. "I'm sorry Danny." He muttered to him. "This is all my fault."
"I hope he comes back soon." She whispered. "Like Calla says there is always a way. That's how you guys got Sam back finding another way. James we just can't give up. Deep down in there she still loves you we just got to make them see it but how?"
"Sorry for you lost" she said. She gave them a smile. "If you could get them to see it then it's possible. We just say that to make people think we are unstoppable." She said with a smile again. "Bye." She teleported to her brother. "I hate that it didn't work."
James shook his head. "That is the other way! Turning the demon. There is supposed to be no way out of it." He shook his head, "I'm such a horrible angel..."Chase grinned. "Worked out fine for me." he gestured to the girls. "You'll get him soon. I promise. When those two buffoons see how their girls are acting around me, they'll be desperate to do anything to get them back." He pointed out. "In the mean time, I want to make good use of my toys." He flew back over to the cage.
Sam jumped up and scrambled forwards, pressing her face against the bars. She smiled at him. Chase smiled back. He moved into the cage and pulled away from the bars, kissing Sam passionately. His hands wandered over her body and Sam moaned, but not out of pain.
He let her go after a couple of seconds, proceeding to do the same with Calla. Then he backed up and looked at them both, smirking. "I think I'll keep you two."
"Please do." She muttered. She looked at him wanting more. She wanted to kissed him back. She looked at him and smilied. "I love you." She whispered. She truly did. If her mind wasn't in the daze that it was in she would of never said that. Her eyes were begging for more."James listen that demon said all we have to do is make them see that they love us. All you we have to do is get them out of the daze. We have to go get them." He said.
Chase grinned at her words. "I know." He said, winking at them both, before flying out again.James raised a brow. "You know how hard that is going to be when they only have eyes for one man?" He asked, shaking his head. "Its going to be near to impossible to make them even look at us, let alone realize that they love us." He sighed. "But if you seriously want to try, they you are going to have to do the teleporting." He said.
Sam leaned back, her body tingling from the kiss. She felt like she was on fire with love. "He's going to keep up forever!" She squealed happily. "It's like a dream come true..."
"I know. Forever." She smiled she was so happy. "With him forever and he winked at us to." She couldn't help but smile. She watched him flew away. "Can't wait until he comes back." "Chase you might want to know that they are coming to take you toys away. But you already know that." She said.
Danny nodded. "I rather try." He said shrugging his shoulders. He teleported them down there where there was cage. "What now?"
Chase nodded. "I was aware of that." His expression didn't look angry, more like slightly amused.Before James could answer Danny, Chase swooped down and into the cage with the girls. "Hello James. Long time no see." He smirked. "I see you traded your allegiances." He said, looking over his white wings.
James growled. "And you haven't changed one bit."
Sam had walked up and slipped her small hand into Chase's. She was smiling up at him and leaning against his shoulder.
Chase smiled, "Nope. Though, as you can see, I have acquired some new toys." He kissed Sam passionately, pulling Calla into a warm embrace at the same time.
James clenched his fists. "Let go of her." He growled.
Chase cocked one eyebrow. "You know as well as me that they would not want to leave." He said, emphasizing that statement by kissing Calla as well. He had his arms wrapped around both girl's waists.
Calla kissed him back. She didn't want to push away. She was so happy. She didn't stop. He would stop her if he didn't want her to kiss him anymore. She backed away. "They aren't going to take us Chase right." She looked at him worried. "Yes we are." Danny said with a smile. "We have to get them to snap out of it." He whispered to James.
"Chase please don't let them take us. We want to stay with you." She said.
"I don't want to go anywhere!" Sam wailed.Chase grinned. "You aren't." He promised them. "You're staying right here with me."
"No they aren't!" James said.
Chase shrugged. "Why don't you take it up with the girls?" He said. He made the cage disappear, pushing the girls forwards.
Sam immediately backed up and ran back to Chase, hugging him and hiding behind his wings. He smiled. "well, I guess there isn't much you can do about that, is there?"
Calla looked at James for a moment then ran behind Chase. She didn't want to leave him. She hoped Chase would protect them. "Don't make them take us please" she begged. She wanted to stay with him. James Calla is still in there. She hesitated that's good right He turned to James. "You give us the girls now"
"Fine." Chase shrugged. "Take them." He pushed them forwards and flew into the air, leaving them on the ground with James and Danny. Sam immediately began to jump frantically to try and reach Chase.
James walked over and wrapped his arms around Calla, holding her. "Calla, its me, James." He said, his grip tight enough that she wouldn't be able to get away.
"Chase." She said. "Where's Chase who are you." She said struggling a bit. She looked at him again stared a moment before starting to cry. "Chase come back for me" She started to cry louder.Danny grabbed Sam holding her tightly. "Sam it's me Danny." He whispered to her. Hoping she would do something to say she was in there.
James still held her. He turned her around to face him and covered them with his wings so that she would not be able to see anything but him. "Chase left you." He whispered, looking into her eyes. "My name is James. James Talon." He told her gently.Sam tensed up at his name. She knew it, but she didn't know where from. She blinked a couple of times and then seemed to remember where she was. She immediately began to struggle again, trying frantically to get away from him. "Let go of me!" she shouted.
She paused again seeming to forget everything. For a tiny split second she remember the name James Talon but then everything was lost again. "Let to of me. Chase come back." She cried louder for him. "He's keeping us forever. He's so perfect" she said trying to get away from him."Sam listen look at me. I'm Danny" He held her to him. "Calm down Princess." She was struggling. James it's like they are in there. She paused for a moment how about Calla
James held onto her, keeping his arms around her shoulders and torso. Same with Calla. We'll just have to work on them I guess. "Calla, calm down. It's me. James. James Talon?" He said. His voice was low and soothing.Sam paused for a brief second, both when he said Danny, and princess, but she didn't look at him. Then she started to struggle again. "I don't care! Let me go!" Since her arms were loose, she started to hit him.
