Once Upon A Time and Lara

"Ok, you're wrong." He whispered gently. "We'll be ok. If you don't want to go to any balls, I promise you that we don't have to." he said, brushing some hair out of her face. "We'll be ok. I promise." He said again.

"I'm sorry." She was crying."I don't want it to be true. It can't be." She whispered."they are never wrong." She was derlious. She was shaking. "Please you can't leave. You can't leave me." She was afraid of it. "It's just a nightmare."

James nodded, holding her gently to himself, letting her rant. "You're right. It was just a nightmare Calla. You can't have visions in your sleep. Well... you haven't had one yet anyways." He said hopefully. "It was just a dream."

"Yeah I did." She whispered "when Josh died I saw him died at our wedding. That's why I was afraid at the wedding because of it. I didn't say anything because it was nothing but it wasn't." She looked at him. "It wasn't a nightmare. It will happen and I have to stop it. I can't lose you."

((do you want her to be able to change, or not?))
James swallowed, "You aren't going to lose me Calla. We'll be careful, ok?" He said gently, "We can't do anything for now, so how about we get some sleep." He advised, noticing that she looked very tired.

((I don't care mmmmm it's up to you she's your character. Danny would need to toughen up a bit))
She nodded her head. She laid her head now. Soon after that she started to have another nightmare the same one. "No." She screamed over and over again."wake up," he died again. She was shaking over and over and crying.

((If she didn't change, or if she did?))
James woke up again to her crying and sighed. He scooped her up into his arms. "Shhh. Baby, it's ok. I'm right here. I'm alright. It was just a nightmare." He kept talking to her until he felt her start to settle down again in his arms.

((Either it would be cool if she change back but then it would cool if she didn't either is fine))
She opened her eyes. "Same dream." She said shaking. "They killed you again." She whispered.

Sam started to frown. She moaned softly, flipping over and burying her face into the pillow. She was definitely starting the changing process, and that scared her. She curled up, shuddering slightly, and then cried out.
"I'm still here. I always will be here for you." he promised her gently, "It was just a dream. I'm ok. you're ok. We're both ok."

He laid down in with her. "Shh baby it will be ok." He gently smoothed her hair out.
"Your alive." She said again. "Please don't let me go back to sleep." She whimpered. She was scared. "It's not a dream or nightmare it will happen."'She said again. "It can't happen again."

"I'll try not to. We could get up and eat something, or do something to help keep you awake if you wanted." He offered gently. He knew it would be hard to keep her awake if they stayed in the bed.

She looked at him and nodded."can you carry me?" She didn't want to let to of him. She knew the dream will come true. "I will not lose you" she looked at him. She yawned.

James nodded and smiled. "Sure. And you aren't going to lose me." He scooped her into his arms and carried her out of their room. "Where do you want to go honey?" He asked, waiting for her decision.

"I don't know."she whispered. "Please don't leave me." She begged. Tears came down her face. "I'm scared." She whimpered. "It will happen and I won't be able to save you."

"I'm not going anywhere." He promised, starting to walk through the hallways. "It's ok to be scared. I'm here for you." He said gently. "Are you hungry at all?"

She looked at him. "It can't be true. You can't die yet." She was scared to death."I won't be able to save you." She didn't want him to die. "You can't die yet."

"I'm not going to die Calla. I wont, not now." He told her gently, hoping she would calm down soon. "There's nothing to worry about now. We aren't even at any balls. we are here in our own home...safe."

"We are home." She repeated."You can't die though. Not yet not now not ever. It will come true and I won't be able to stop it."

"I am not going to die." He promised her again. "I promise you that." he said seriously. "Now please, just try to relax and rest for the time being."

"I can't I have to make sure the dream doesn't come true." She said. "We have to order guards to guard you when I'm not around. We have to have people eat the food to make sure you don't have poison." She was babbling on and on.

James lay a hand on her arm gently, pausing her. "Thank you. But I am more than capable of taking care of myself. " he said gently. "The only people I want around me.... are you and you alone."

"Your right the guards could end up killing you." She said. "We can only trust each other. So I will have to find away to make sure you can't die. We won't go to any balls or anything."

"Ok. No parties for us." He said, smiling a little. He hugged her gently.

"Yeah no parties or nothing." She looked over at him. "This isn't funny. This is your life. I need make sure you don't die." She whispered.

"I know." He said, trying to keepa straight face. "I appreciate your efforts. " he said gently.

She looked at him. He thought this was funny. He thought she was crazy. She wasn't crazy. She didn't sat anything to him. Why would he think at her vision was wrong? That she's just trying to be over protective."you want to see?"

"If you want to show me, then go ahead, though I do believe you regardless. I just think that there's no use in fussing about it now."

"Yes there is a reason to fuss about it you could die." She said shaking. "Can't have you die." She whispered.

James nodded, still holding her gently. "I know. Ill try my very best to stay alive. Ok?" He asked seriously, looking down into her eyes.

She looked at him. "But we need to find out who kills you" she whispered softly. "We need to save you." She looked at him afraid of the events that will be his undoing.

James nodded, "Ok. But right now, I don't need saving. And worrying about it wont help anything." he said gently. "I don't want you to worry yourself sick over me. Then how would you be able to protect me?"

She looked at him. "I don't know but we have to take precautions and suspects that want to kill will be sentence to death. And people who help them will be go in torment." She kept thinking of ideas how to stop people from killing him.m"you can't go anywhere with out me. So no one will kill you."

"I can live with that." He said gently, smiling a little. "I love you Calla."

"Ok but we have to find something that keeps me up. Cause I refuse to go back to sleep with that dream." She said looking at him. She was over reacting.

James shook his head, "You have to sleep at some point. I can put a spell over you so that you wont dream if you wish." he offered.

"No I need to stay up to protect me." She whispered. "I'm not going to sleep. I gotta to protect you." She said looking at him.

James shook his head, "If you stay up, you will be in no position to protect me. You need to keep your energy. I promise I'll wake you if anything happens."

"No I'm not sleepy" she said yawning, "I got to keep up to help you." She wasn't moving away from his eyes."I'm fine we got to protect you."

"You can stay up for a little bit longer, but then I am going to have to insist that you rest for a while. For your health." He said gently, smiling a bit. "I'll be ok."

"I'm fine." She insisted. "I'm ok." She said looking at him, "I have to protect you."

James sighed, realizing that there was no point in arguing with her. He sat down beside her and put an arm around her shoulders, pulling her closer. He kissed the top of her head.

"Sam she needs help." She said loudly."She's almost or already dead."
((Sorry so short sprain my wrist.))

Sam was growing colder by the second. Her body was slightly stiff as well. Her mind silent. The change was still in progress however, sucking out the little energy she had left to work on shortening her fangs.
James raised his eyebrows, but he kept himself from saying 'again?' Instead, he just teleported them over to Sam and Danny. "What happened now?" he asked. Sam looked peaceful, but he could also tell that she wasn't alive. Yet the aura of death had not yet hung on her.

"She's dead isn't she?" He asked concerned. He was worried. He knew he was bing stubborn. "It's all my fault that she's dead." He whimpered. "We have to help her. She can't be dead I won't let her do that."
Calla yawned."Danny take her to her dad. He's with the starlight we she might be able to help. I wish we could come." She yawned. "She has to be ok James. She has to." She whispered.

Sam was as pale as a sheet of paper. Her freckles stood out against her white skin. She was cold to the touch now.
"She'll be ok." He whispered to her. "Calla's right Danny, take her there now, maybe her dad can help her." He said hopefully. He didn't know why Danny blamed himself for Sam's death. It seemed like he always did. And yet, Jame knew he would never kill her, hopefully.

"James is she going to be ok?" She whispered."She has to be?" She yawned. "I'm tired." She was exhausted.
She nodded her head. "They are never wrong. Whatever ball we get invited to we aren't going. We aren't going. I can't lost you at all." She was shaking. "Please tell me I'm wrong."
