Sam smiled, closing her eyes slowly again, "Yes you do."James grinned, "I love you too." He whispered, holding her gently.
"Goodnight baby." He whispered."I know." She paused."you never claimed your prize fully." She whispered.
Sam just sighed happily, smiling, too tired to answer to him as she drifted off to sleep."Oh I didn't, did I?" He whispered back. He kissed her softly.
She smiled against his lips. She kisses him back softly.Danny went to sleep holding Sam.
"We should be resting." He he whispered, smiling. He kissed her briefly again. Sam didn't even dream, she was so tired from the day's events.
"Well ok don't think were done with your prize because every time we start your prize something happens." She yawned. "I'm tired." She smiled. "Good night James. I love..." She fell asleep.Danny smiled. Danny saw the light coming in the window.
"I love you too." he whispered, closing his eyes.Sam didn't wake up right away, she kept sleeping beside Danny.
Calla opened her eyes."good morning." She whispered.Danny woke up. He smiled.
James woke up and yawned slowly, "Morning."Sam shifted a little, her eyes slowly opening. She smiled and blinked sleepily.
"Morning." She smiled and kissed him on the cheek. She quickly pulled away from him. Smiling. Trying to tease him."Good morning Princess." He whispered.
"This again?" He asked. He smirked and moved closer to her kissing her full on the mouth.Sam smiled, "Good morning." She blinked sleepily. "Sorry for causing so much trouble yesterday..."
She smiled and kissed him back. She pulled away."make the date a surprise?" She asked. Before he could respond she kissed him."No need to be sorry baby." Pushing her hair out of her face.
James nodded, still kissing her. He wrapped an arm around her. Sam nodded slowly, looking down. "Ok." She said, but she still couldn't help but feel that it had all been her fault.
She smiled wrapping her arms around his neck. She kissed a little harder."It's ok now baby. That was yesterday this is today."
James pulled her closer, kissing her back just as hard as she kissed him. Sam nodded again, and this time, she believed him. "Are you hungry?" She asked.
She pushed closer to him and kissed a little harder."Yes I am." He smiled at her.
James kept it up for a minutes before smiling against her cheek, "There, do you think I got my prize?"Sam nodded, getting out of bed. "Lets go eat."
"Yes I do." She smiled.He nodded his head slowly.
James grinned. He was planning how he could give her her own prize. But she wanted it to be a surprise, so he didn't tell her that.Sam walked towards the kitchen and looked through the cupboards for something to eat. "We can have bacon and eggs... but what to drink?" She thought for a moment, and then grinned, "Coffee!" She started to make the bacon and eggs and pulled the coffee tin out of the cupboard.
"I'm hungry." She sat on his lap and looked up at him."No Coffee for you." He joked.
James smiled, "Would you like to go get breakfast?"Sam clutched the coffee tin to her and stuck out her bottom lip, "Why? It tastes good!"
She should her head. "Yeah.""No coffee for you because you get to hyper." He said with a smile.
"Ok." James helped her get up and walked towards the kitchen."What? No I don't. I have never gotten hyper on coffee before..." She said, still clutching the can.
She grabbed his hand and squeezed it. "Good morning." She said to them."Yes you have. No coffee." He said sternly. He took the coffee away from her."James no coffee for her right remember what happen last night."
James laughed, "How could I forget? Sorry Sam, it makes you too hyper."Sam scowled, "Fine. I'll just go sit over here by myself," She plopped on a bench, crossing her arms, "Away from all you coffee stealers." She wasn't seriously angry, more like protesting.
"James would a Vanilla Capa whatever it's call will that make her hyper. Nothing makes me hyper." She smiled."That has caffeine in it. No caffeine for her. Try this." He hand her a expresso."this will make you hyper."
Calla shook her head. "No it won't." She drink some of it. "See nothing's wrong." She stick her tongue out at Danny. She poofed another one for herself. "Nothing is happening."
James reached for her drink, "Don't have another one Calla, two expressos would make anyone hyper." He warned.Sam turned and saw them all drinking coffee, "Now they're just rubbing it in..." She whispered, pouting. When no-one was looking, she slipped out of the kitchen and crouched in the hallway, poofing a large latte for herself.
"No it won't." She poofed another one for her. She drank it all."see nothing is happening." She said smiling. "Where's Sam?" He found herself drinking a latte."Sam no caffeine." He said taking it out of her hand.
Calla had so much energy. She poofed herself another one. She drank that one."Can I have one more to make it four?" She asked.
"No." Danny said hoping James will agree with him. He had Sam by the hand. "Four is too much."
She stick her tongue out at him. "James please." She asked started to jump up and down.
James' eyes widened, "No way. You are going to crash so badly. Calla, it'll give you a headache." He warned. Sam tried to grab her drink back from Danny, "Give it back. That's not nice. Latte's don't have a lot of caffeine in them." She said, trying desperately to get at the drink. "Besides, you let Calla get hyper!"
"I'm not hyper." She said with a smile. She stared to jump up down. "Please on more." Danny didn't say anything."She said she didn't get hyper." He rolled his eyes at that. "No. James can you clam her down."
"More please." Her eyes started to glow. Too much energy she had. "Please." She asked. The crash will never happen because it never did to her. She kept getting more energy and it would never stop. "I'm ok."
"Why is her eyes glowing?" He asked.
"Ooookay. Too much caffeine for you." James said, wrapping his arms around her. "What do you say we go work it off a bit?" He asked her.Sam turned so her back was to them. She poofed herself another drink and started to drink it. Because of the magic in her, she had gotten addicted to the caffeine a lot faster than normal.
"Can't have more please. It's so good. Sam's drinking more." She needed more. She needed more. "I need more." She begged."Sam!." He took the drink."you don't think they are addicted do you?"
Her eyes started to glow even more. "Please I need more." A fireball came out of her hands.
James shrugged, "I didn't think you could get addicted that quickly, but it would make sense, I guess." He held Calla. "Honey can you please calm down? How about we go work it off for a bit, and then you can have one more?" He knew she wouldn't be as hyper if they worked off the caffeine first. Sam glared at Calla. "You told on me!" She teleported out of the room and made herself another coffee, quickly downing almost half of it.
"I'm clam and I'm not hyper." She retorted like a little kid. She started to struggle in his arms. "Please can't have some more I need more. " she begged. Another fire ball came into her hands. Her body was buzzy with magic. She needed to let it out before she could have more but she didn't want to let out. She wanted more. The fire ball went flying at the door. "Maybe later if nothing has change we should go talk to Josh." He said. He couldn't find Sam. He teleported out of the kitchen to Sam and took her drink. They went back to the kitchen."No more Sam. I don't care what Calla has or drinks. She's not the person I love you. No more." He said sternly.
"I agree." James carried Calla out of the room and to the training room. "Fly around this room 20 times Calla. Then we'll talk about more drinks."Sam shook her head, "Danny I need it. I need them. I need another drink!" She made another one and started to drink it as fast as she could.
"No." She stick her tongue out. She ran to the other side of the training room and got herself another expresso. She drank it as fast she could. She got another one and started to drank that one as well."No more." He took the other one out of her hand. He held her gently and kissed her.
James ran over and grabbed her, holding her gently, but firmly. "Calla stop it. You can't have any more."Sam moaned, she was so full of energy, and she wanted caffeine so badly, but she also wanted Danny. She wanted the kiss. Her body started to fill up with light and for one moment, she was thinking clearly, "Danny." She whispered, "Not a good idea. I'm already surging with energy..." Then her mind hazed over from the drinks again and the light in her started to go haywire. "I need more..."
"But I need more." She whined like a little kid. "Puh-lease." She said like a little kid. Her body was on a power surge. The power in her wanted out. Her expresso dropped. She had no hands to hold it. "Let me go. I need more." Danny knew she was thinking clearly for that one split second. He backed away and held her gently. He teleported them to James and Calla. "Is she doing any better? Sam isn't."
"Sam is he being fair to you. James isn't being fair. I just need some more. That's all." Another fire ball came out of her hands. Hitting James on accident.
"I think we should go to Josh."
Sam struggled, "No he isn't. I need more too. Why wont you listen to us! We need it..."James healed the burns on his arm and face before nodded, "Yup, lets go now."
Danny teleported them to Josh. "You don't need no more ok." He said softly. "Yes we do." Calla said. She struggling in James arms. "Puh-lease" she asked like a little kid. Her body was buzzing with more magic.
"Josh we need you help." He shouted.
"Echo echo." Calla giggled."James Danny as and echo."
Josh appeared, "What seems to be the problem?""Nothing." Sam said, struggling as hard as she could to get away from Danny.
James held tightly onto Calla. "We have a caffeine issue."
"Oh?" Josh asked.
"Sam settle down." He said holding on to her"Yeah nothing's the matter. They just won't let me have another expresso. When I tell them I need it." She said. She had an energy ball. It hit James again on accident . "See nothing is the probably."
"Calla that's the second time you hit James with a magic ball."
"I didn't do that." She stick her tongue out. "Josh can you tell them to give us more. I had four and half expressos I needs more." She complained.
James healed himself again. "What do we do?" he asked Josh.Josh's eyes widened. "There isn't going to be any reasoning with them. Knock them both out now before they hurt someone else. Then we can figure out how to get them back to normal."
Those words just sent Sam into a frenzy. "No! I am not going to be knocked out again! That already happened yesterday! Danny don't you dare knock me out! Let me go now!"
"Yeah your not going to knock me out James. You won't knock me out. Let me go." She struggled hard. "I just need one more." She complained. "You won't knock me out. Sam tell them they can't knock us out." She was angry."you wouldn't knock me out James." "I'm sorry Princess. You will thank me later." He said a spell to knock her out. "James do Calla."
"No let me go." She started acting like a little kid."Josh don't let them knock me out." The energy wasn't fading. It needed more.
James sighed, putting a spell on Calla to knock her out. "What do we do now?"Sam hung limply in Danny's arms, but her body was shimmering because it was so full of energy.
"Did you let them have more than one cup of coffee?" Josh asked suspiciously.
"No, well, yeah, kind of." James said.
Josh sighed, "They are way too full of energy, it is making them go power hungry."
"How do we get rid of it?" James asked.
"You can either take it out, but that will hurt them. Or you can have them use it up, but they may not listen to you."
James nodded. "I already tried to get Calla to use hers up. She wasn't listening at all."
Calla fell asleep. "No." She muttered before she went into a deep sleep. "So we have to choices. One is hurt them or let them use it. Both of them won't listen or reason to us. They keep saying they need more." He paused."Are they addicted to the power or the drinks?"
Josh nodded,"Yes, those are your options." He sighed. "Both. But mostly the power. They are addicted to the energy the drinks give them, not the taste itself."James bit his lip. "Are you sure there are no other options?" He didn't want to hurt Calla, and he knew that reasoning with her wasn't really an option.
"Positive." Josh said, sighing, "Sorry bud."
"I don't want to hurt her." He said looking down at Sam. "I can't hurt her." He looked up at Josh."you sure there isn't any other way." He asked just to make sure. He knew there wasn't reasoning with them.Calla began to awaken. She need more. "Let go me." She put a charm on herself so she couldn't be knockout again. "Just let me have one more."
Josh nodded, "Sorry, there isn't any other option. And you better do whatever it is you are going to do soon, because they're waking up."Sam shifted and moaned. "I need more..." Her eyes opened and she started to struggle again.
James held onto Calla tightly. "Sorry, you can't have any more. Danny? What are we going to do?"
She smiled."I love you." She snuggled closer to him.
