She heard a voice begging them to join them. "I won't join you." She shouted. "What did you guys do with James?" No one answer. "James will save me." "Ok." He smiled
"Calla!" He shook her. "Wake up!" He gave her some magic.Sam smiled back. "You'll get it, I know it."
She felt something coming over her. "I will not join...." She heard so many voices. She struggled. "I'm not evil you can't make me." We can and we will. No one will be able to save you. She looked around and screamed. She saw James. "Help me. They are changing me." Her eyes slowly started to turn black."Well ok." He smirked.
"What do I do?" He asked, panicking. "How do I help?"Sam shoved him playfully. "So, what now Charming?"
Her eyes were almost black. Blackness consumed her. "Make is stop." She begged"I don't know."
James kissed her, hoping that would work. Stay with me babySam's eyes glazed over for a millisecond. "She's back." Sam whispered. "I can feel her."
"Make it stop. I'm not evil." She muttered. She felt herself slipping away."Whose back?"
James kissed her again, hoping desperately that it would work. He didn't know what else to do."Calla's aunt." Sam shuddered. "There is evil in this building."
"James whatever happens I love you." Then she blanked out."Calla?"
James shook her gently. "Stay with me Calla!""We need to check on her." Sam said, worried.
She felt evil spreading around her. She opened her eyes. She needed power. "Yeah we need to." He grabbed her hand and took her to Calla. "That isn't Calla." He whispered. The girl was completely black. Her eyes were black and so was her hair.
James backed up, his heart pounding. This was not good.Sam gasped. She backed up a bit, suddenly scared. "No that's not. Danny you can't let her turn me." Sam warned, begging him.
She needed power. She looked at James. "Hello." She said with and evil grin. She slowly started sucking his power out."What's happening? Shh I won't let her turn you."
James groaned. He did not have much power partially because he had just gotten his, and partially because he had already given most of it to Calla. "Stop it Calla." He whispered, before passing out."She's evil." Sam explained. "She's killing James." She backed up some more, sticking as close to Danny as she could.
"Little pathetic witch." She was laughing. Something happened. She saw James on the floor. She started shaking. Then she fell over. Giving all her energy to James. Her face grew pale. "Is she ok?"
James woke up again. "Calla? Is that you?" He whispered."I think so..." Sam said slowly, "But I'm not sure."
She couldn't wake up the darkness swarm her. She didn't want this. She wanted James. She moaned softly."Let's hope she is ok."
"Calla?" James asked, sitting up slowly. "Are you ok?" He asked."Yes." Sam agreed.
She couldn't wake up. "James help me.""I think she is ok."
James kissed her softly. "I'm trying."Sam sighed, relaxing. "I hope you're right."
"James I love yo.." She blanked out."I hope so too."
"Calla?" He picked her up, "Calla? Are you ok? Talk to me!" He held her close to him."Do you think they still need our help? Or should we go?"
She winced at the pain. "It hurts. The darkness hurts." "I'm not sure."
"How can I help?" He asked. "Tell me what I can do."Sam watched them for a moment longer. "I think James has it under control." She said finally.
"I don't know." She passed out because of the pain. It was eating at her. "Yeah."
James kissed her again and gave her some of his power. "Wake up Calla, please. I don't know what is wrong....""Shall we go?" Sam asked.
She was drifting off. The darkness was coming over her."Yeah."
He kissed her again, harder. "Come back to me Calla." He begged, giving her even more of his powers.Sam held Danny's hand and lead him away from the room.
Her eyes opened. "James I'm trying so hard to fight it. It so strong." She told him. She laid there darkness setting in her eyes."I'm bored."
"Keep trying." He coaxed her, "I'm here to help." He kissed her briefly again before giving her some more of his power."I can see that." Sam said, grinning, "Would you like to explore the rest of this place?"
She was soon delirious. "Maybe I should go into the darkness." This wasn't calla talking. It was the darkness talking. "I could make so much people happy. Like Josh and my Aunt." She said smiling. "You could join to right?""Sure I'm up for anything." He said with a grin.
"I could, but I'm not going to." James said sternly. "Calla, you have to listen to me. This isn't you. Focus on me, focus on yourself. Focus on everything you have to live for." He said, trying to persuade her.Sam nodded, walking through the hallways with him until she reached a somewhat large room. It was empty, but the walls, ceiling, and floor were covered in hundreds of doors.
The Calla he knows was in there fighting hard. Nothing was working. The delirious was taken over. "Darkness. I could for fill my destiny. Big brother wants to come back." She pictured the evil Josh. He was there in the room. Someone or something was controlling her."Wow." There was so many doors. "What was this room for?"
"Calla! Listen to me!" James tried again, "You have to listen to me! Please!" He begged, "This isn't you! Come back to me Calla...""Getting places for those who couldn't telleport. But it's great for playing hide and go seek or tag." Sam explained. She bent down and twisted one of the handles on the doors on the ground. Opening it, she looked through. It looked like she was looking down on a city from the clouds. "See?"
"They want you to join them too." She took his hand and let the evil spread through them. She let the darkness go through them. "They want you to be the new master." "That is so cool." He looked around in awe. He was speechless.
James moaned as the darkness began to seep into him. "No." He said softly, shaking his head, "No, no, no. I can't do this." He fought the darkness. "You can't do this to me.""Yeah." Sam nodded, "So, do you want to play with them?"
"They said they want you to be the new master. I would do anything to please you." The darkness was taking over her slowly. She felt the voices come back. They whispered get him to join. "Master why aren't you happy?" The darkness flashed. She saw her aunt. "Hello my aunt. I'm doing what you said to do." "Yes you are. Give him a dark kiss."
"Yes my lady." She leaned forward and kissed him. The darkness came over them so quickly. Her aunt was gone,but the darkness kept coming.
"Duh." He smiled.
James moaned. The darkness was swirling inside him, fighting to gain a hold. It was so strong... he didn't know how much longer he could hold up. "Calla." He whispered. "You have to stop this."Sam poked him in the arm, grinning, "You're it!" She leaped into the open door at her feet, slamming it shut after her.
"Stop what master?" She kissed him again. Pouring the darkness inside of him. "Am I not doing what you want master? " She asked against his lips. "Your suppose to be the dark master like they want you to be.""Hey." He shouted but she was already gone. He ran after her.
"No I don't want this..." His voice trailed off as the darkness all but consumed him. He was still fighting, but he was losing the battle.Sam swooped through the air above the city, laughing with glee.
"Master they told me to. If you don't want this say something." She batted her blue eyes. They started change a stormy blue. She kissed him again. The darkness went all over. "Please don't fight. They will kill me for not doing my job." She whimpered as she kissed him harder."Come back here." He yelled. He flew to where she was. "Come on."
"Calla..." He whispered, his voice hoarse, "I don't want this." His eyes rolled into the back of his head and all of his muscles relaxed as he ran out of energy.Sam giggled. "Can't catch me!" She flew away from him again, and back through the door. She flew into the room, finding another door. She rattled the handle, trying to get through it as quickly as possible.
"Master?" She looked at him. "Are you ok master?" "Yeah wanna bet?" He ran after her.
James didn't answer her, he couldn't answer her. She turned to see him coming, and squealed in mock fear. "Yeah, I would actually." She said, yanking open the door and flying inside.
"Master. Did I do something wrong master?" She looked at him. "Master." He smiled and tried catching her,but failed.
James shifted slightly and groaned. He opened his eyes a slit. "Get rid of the darkness." He whispered. "Now."Sam laughed, flying through a forest in that world before escaping back into the room. She floated here for a moment, waiting for Danny. "Slow poke." She told him, grinning.
"Is that an order?" She asked. Then she slowly became Calla again. Someone was controlling her,but why?"No I'm not." He dove for he,but it was too late. "You had more experience in flying."
"Yes." He whispered, panting from exhaustion. He was just holding off the darkness with what little energy he had in him."True." Sam said, shrugging. She floated to the floor and stood down. "I'll even out the odds and not fly any more. You better be able to catch me now..." She grinned, sprinting to another door and dashing through it.
The darkness came back to her. "Are you mad at me master? They told me not to take orders from master. Unless it sounds like a command. Was that a command?" He landed and chase her through the door. Before he went he turned invisible. He walked slowly around. Making sure not to make a noise.
Sam grinned, "Sounds good to me. That's how I started. Pop tarts and Kraft dinner." She laughed.
