Once Upon A Time and Lara

"James I'm weak. I can't to do anything. I used more power than I thought."She looked to Sam."He's fine."

James backed off Sam slowly, ready to pin her again if she tried anything stupid. He eyed her warily. "Are you ok Calla?" He asked, suddenly worried about her.

Sam looked down, "I'm sorry." She said, calm at last. "I am just really worried he will do something stupid."
James walked over to Danny, and using his dagger, cut him free. He glared at him, "Don't try anything or I'll have to tie you up again." He said seriously.

"Princess." He ran over to Sam. "Ok Princess." He hugged her. He missed her so much."Im sorry I broke your promise not to do anything stupid, but you weren't breathing and I didn't know what was going on and I thought you were gone."

Sam clung to him like she was worried he would leave again. She was laughing and crying at the same time, "Danny I was trying to come back to you." She looked up at him. "But when I got back you were weak and killing yourself and..." She shuddered, "Don't ever do that again."

"I promise I won't. I didn't want to lose you."

"I'm staying right here." She promised him. She put her hand on his forehead, healing the cut James had given him when he knocked him out. "Are you ok?" She asked gently.

"Yeah I'm a little weak." He smiled.

Sam patted the bed beside her, "Rest with me." She invited.

Sam moved closer to him, resting against his shoulder. "I saw Josh again. And my parents." She said quietly. "Everyone was dead, and I was dying...." She shivered.

Sam nodded, "Ok." She curled up next to him. She was still nervous that something would go wrong, but she was very happy to be back with Danny.

Danny soon fell asleep and woke up refreshed."Morning Princess."

Sam shifted and opened her eyes, "Morning." She said softly.

"Pretty good." She answered. "No nightmares." She said thankfully.

"That's good nice." He smiled at her."Do you want to go get something to eat? Them we could go outside and enjoy our honey moon."

"Sure." Sam said smiling, "That sounds great."

"Yeah. I'll come with you." He promised her. As much as he hated that siren, he would stay with her.
Sam thought for a moment. "How about toast? Or waffles?" She asked.

"Whatever you want. I don't care because it will be better with you."

"Ok." Sam said, smiling at him, "Could we have waffles then?"

"Let's get this done."
"Ok. Sing." She started to sing the power coming to her.
"Ok sweetheart."

"Thank you." She said, smiling up at him. "Do you know how to make them?"

"Come to me master." She went to the boy.
"No but I could try."

Sam grinned, "Ok. But you might need some help."

Sam grinned, "Ok, well, you're going to need the waffle iron, and some eggs..." She told him the rest of the list, watching him the whole time. Gosh I love that boy.

"Ok. Could you repeat that?" He smiled.

Sam rolled her eyes and repeated what she had said. "Remember it now? Or do I have to write it down for you?" She asked, raising a brow.

"I'm helpless cook am I?"

"That depends." Sam helped him get out the ingredients. "I can help with that though." She smiled.

"Yes my lady." She started to walk to the siren. "What do you want my lady."
"She is under my control. Duh. Remember last time. I almost got her to me. Now I will." She smiled. "Destroy the human." Calla nodded and went to destroy the human.
"Thank you."

Sam smiled, "You're welcome." She turned the iron on and mixed the batter up.

"I'm glad you are good cook."

"Thanks." She said, looking down at her work. "Do you want to lend me a hand with frying these?"

"I love you Princess."

Sam tipped her head, "Are you trying to get on my good side?" She grinned, "Because you can't cook?"

"Maybe." He smiled with a big mischievous grin.

Sam rolled her eyes, "Flirt." She teased him. "Come on, you'll make a lady do all the work here? Lend a hand will you?"

"James." She said again. The siren sung more. The power fought inside of her. It consumed her. She kept struggling more and more. She tried getting away but it was no use. "Let me go." She shouted.
"I will try." He said with a smile. "So what do you want me to do?"

Sam smiled, "Could you take this grill and turn it over when the timer goes off? Then take the waffles out when it beeps again."

"She is almost gone. She will be soon. Your trying so hard to save her. Didn't you hear her brother say she was a hopeless cause." The siren laughed.
"Ok seemed easy." He did as she was told and got the waffles flipped.

"There, see?" Sam said, taking the waffles out and putting them on a plate, "Not so hard, was it?"

"See your helping someone who can't be help."
"No it wasn't hard." He smirked.
James kept her pinned. He was stronger than her, "No, I'm sorry." He looked around, "Calla? Did you hear me? A little help please?"
