Once Upon A Time and Lara
James nudged her gently and carried her, limping, to the bed. He whined a little and licked her face. No. I don't see them. He sat down again and sighed softly. Sam bit her lip, looking down. "You think I'm Calla? Have you really forgotten me Danny?" She asked, on the verge of tears.
"They are pretty James." She said. She was smiling. She closed her eyes a little bit. "I love you James and then the pretty colors." He looked up. "Sam." He whispered shaking. "Your alive." He said with a smile.
He sighed and lay down, licking his bleeding paw. "I love you too Calla." He thought to her. Sam nodded and smiled, tears in her eyes. "Yes, yes I am."
"Why did you sigh?" She asked. "Do you not love me as much." She was confused. "Pretty colors."He ran to her and hugged him.
"I sighed because I'm tired." He said honestly, still licking his paw. "I love you with my whole heart."Sam hugged him back, her head buried in his shoulder, crying out of pure joy. She clung to him.
"Why are you tired?" She asked. She looked at him. "Do you need me to heal you?" She asked,He smiled. "Your ok Princess." He asked
James nodded, sitting up and holding his injured paw to his chest. "That would be nice. My paw hurts."Sam smiled and nodded, not letting go of him. "Yes, I'm ok." she promised him.
She smiled at him and healed it. "All better." She asked. She was bouncing. "Let's do something fun." She asked. She was acting like nothing happened between them. "Princess." He smiled at him.
James pulled out some of her energy so that she was normal. "Ok. But think first."Sam smiled and nodded. "Danny." She was crying.
She became weaker. She was addicted to the high amounts of the energy. She needed more. "I'm too tired." She whispered."Never do that to me."He whispered.
James shook his head. "Then you need to rest for a while. The energy is not good for you." He said softly. Sam shook her head, hiding her face against him. "never again."
She looked at him. She closed her eyes. She needed more of the energy. She snuggled into him and then her body went limp weak from energy.He didn't want to let go of her.
James gave her one small lick to be safe. Then he wrapped his legs and wings around her. Sam pulled away and lead him to the bed, lying him down on his back. Then she lay down on top of him, her head on his chest. She sighed happily.
She got a little energy but she wanted and needed more. She wanted things to be normal. She started to have a nightmare. "You are the same why can't you see that." She asked in her sleep.He smiled.
James sighed softly and held her close, closing his eyes slowly and falling asleep as well. He licked her once though, to make sure she had enough energy. Sam sighed softly and slowly closed her eyes, falling asleep at long last.
She started to struggled a bit. "Please stop yelling." She said. She was having an awful nightmare of James yelling at her.He fell asleep too.
James wrapped his wings around her so that she would not have nightmares. Then he licked her gently again before falling back asleep.
James was asleep so he didn't wake up.
She opened her eyes. She looked around. She saw him sleeping. She sat up. How could they be so close but seem so faraway. He thought she only like his disguise. He won't believe that he is the same person.
She was hurt. She slowly slipped away from him. She was shaking some. "Please don't yell." She begged.
James was tired, so he slept deeply not waking up. He didn't know anything was wrong. He didn't think she could have nightmares, because he had his wings over her.
She went I to the corner of the room. "Please don't yell your the same." She said.
James shifted a little a whined in his sleep. He didn't like being alone.
"Your the same." She said. She looked around. "Your the same."
James shifted and started to have nightmares. He whimpered and whined, running on the bed in his sleep.
"James don't yell." She begged. She was shaking. Her eyes glazed over. She saw another vision of him giving her a divorce. Then the girl dancing on the beach was different. Sam and Danny were the same. "No." She cried out.
James kept whimpering and whining. He shook, crying in his sleep.
"James help." She said. "James help." She begged. She needed his help. "James." She went to shake him. She needed to be reassured that it was just a vision.
James snapped awake. He looked around, his eyes wide with fear. When he saw Calla, he relaxed and immediately ran over to her, nuzzling her face and licking her frantically. Thank goodness you're ok. I was so worried there.... it was a dream, right?<?i>
She smiled some. She got some more power."Tell me the vision is wrong." She begged him. She looked at him. She showed him the vision." It's wrong right?"
James nodded. "Of course it is." He promised her. "That's not going to happen, I promise."
"But my visions are never wrong." She said nervously. She was shaking from the vision. "It has to be wrong"
James nodded. "It is wrong this time Calla. I promise. I would never do that to you." He said, whining softly.
She nodded her head some. She knew to believe him. "Ok." She whispered. She smiled some. "It's probably a fluke." She reassured herself. She knew her visions were never wrong. She smiled softly. She heard a knock on the door. "Wonder who that could be." She said. "Baby stay here and if you want you might want to shift so we don't scare anyone." She smiled flashing into some jeans and a blouse.
He nodded some. "I'd rather not shift unless I have to, just so I can keep taking care of you without dying." He said, letting his tongue roll out of his mouth. "Call me if you need me." He said, licking her hand gently.
She smiled and nodded her head. She went downstairs slowly. She thought about the vision. She really missed him holding her and other things. But she wouldn't force him to shift. She opened to see a young girl. Who looked like the girl from her vision. "Yes." "I heard you needed help." Calla nodded her head.
"No we don't need help anymore." She said.
James sighed and lay down slowly on the bed, waiting for Calla to return. He wondered who could be here in the middle of the night.
"Your lying let me and help you." She said. Calla nodded her head. "Ok come in" Calla whispered. "There is a guess room first room on the left off the staircase" she nodded and went into the room. Calla was shaking now. She wanted to him to her hold her and tell her it was wrong.
James lifted his head and his ears perked when he heard someone coming in. He could tell it was not Calla. Who was this stranger. "Calla? Are you alright?" He thought to her.
She forgot that she gave her directions to their room. She didn't say anything. Her heart was slowly breaking. "Oh." She said. She saw a dog. "Hi your a big doggy." She said with a smile. She started to pet him. "I'm Olivia I heard about you guys needing help with the Dark Witches the one introduced seemed sad."
James smiled a little at the stranger, who seemed to be friendly enough. He put up with her patting, but honestly, he liked it best when Calla petted him. "Sad?" He asked into her head. "What do you mean?" Why would Calla be sad? He thought everything was good between them...
"She either was sad or angry don't know why though. She seemed a little jumpy and nervous and lied to me." She said.This wasn't happening. She was wanted to be comfort but James wouldn't shift back to do it the way she needed it or want it.
James whined a little. "What did I do wrong this time?" He asked himself. He had no idea why Calla would be mad with him.
She decided to check on them. "Hi so um I said the wrong room the guess room is outside in the garden." "Why are you lying to me" she asked.
"Just this is my room and my husbands room." She said.
"Oh."
Calla was still shaking. "Thanks." She said as the girl walked out. "Don't talk to her don't go near her." She said,
James frowned a little. "Why?" He asked softly. "Why should I not talk to her?" He asked, confused. What was going on exactly?
"Cause I said not to talk to her." She said not telling him the real reason."Don't go to near her."
James nodded and sighed. "Ok." He agreed, lying down again. "I'm sorry for whatever I did to make you mad."
He was broken. "Calla it ain't nice to make a joke. Sam's gone and I need her back."
