She looked at him. He was being really rude. She looked at him with frown. She was hurting inside. She started to shake. "No need to be rude." Her feelings were deeply hurt. She backed away some. She started to cry some. "I don't need you to be mean and rude to me I just lost my best friend."

James sighed. "And there's no need to get over emotional about it either Calla. I'm just stressed. I am well aware that you lost Sam, she was friends with all of us, and I am trying to get her back for you. But I cant do that when you're bouncing around and singing the Sound of Music." He said seriously. When it came to a crisis, James was a man of action, and he got things done. He didn't appreciate that Calla just completely ignored him and then called him rude.
She looked at him. "Your being rude and mean to me." She said. "Its not my fault I'm so happy for some reason." She said. She looked at him bouncing around. "And a Necromancer will help we just got to find one. There is one I know of but she's just a girl." She said. "Re a drop of golden sun." She was distracted again. She got too much power from the last time she fed.
James whined again. "Calla. I am trying very hard to stay patient with you, but patience is not one of my virtues. Please stop. Just get the necromancer you know of and take care of it please." He asked her, pawing the ground.
She was so distracted. "Mi a name I call myself." She started to hum and skip around. She was so happy. "What?" She asked as she danced around. She smiled as the fireballs came at James. She started to laugh.
James curled up on the ground and covered himself with his wings, so he was just little black ball of fur and feathers.
She fell on the ground laughing. "Again again." She said clapping. She had power over flowing in her. She smiled at the little ball of fur. "James where are you." She didn't know that was James.
James curled up tighter. "Right here." He thought to her softly. He didn't know she had too much energy. He thought she was purposely being mean to him.
"James." She smiled. She looked at him. "James why are you being mean? Your hiding from me." She said. She was confused. "Did I do something wrong? Are you mad at me?"'she kept asking questions.
James shook his head beneath his wing. "I'm not being mean." He thought softly. He curled up tighter. "Stop saying that I am. Stop saying that I am being mean and rude. Cause I'm not. I'm just trying to help your stupid friend and you're being mean to me." He said standing up. He was hurt by the names she was calling him. He left out of the room and into the hallway where he curled up into a tight ball again.
He left her. She was shaking now. She didn't say anything else to him. Sam wasn't stupid. She didn't know what she did. She looked down some. She huddled to the corner. She started cry. She let all the power she had go. Now she didn't have anything else to live off of. She was sad and upset. She was crying harder. "I didn't do anything wrong." She muttered.
James winced and curled up tightly to himself. She was purposely being mean to him. That meant she didn't care about him. How could she call me something like mean or rude? Why would she do something like that? He felt bullied. He took his paw in his mouth and bit down on it hard, snapping it to take the pain in his heart away. Then he rested his head on his wounded paw and sighed softly, the tears rolling down his fur.
She looked down shaking. She had no power. She looked around for James. Where was he? She slowly walked up to the door. She didn't make to there. She collapsed on the floor. "Catch me James." She whispered weakly. No one came. She hit the floor hard. "Love you." She whispered softly and weakly. He didn't came she had no power left. She would be dead soon.
James sighed. He would still take care of her, no matter how mean she was to him. He had promised her he wouldn't leave. He limped over to her, still crying, and licked her face until she woke up. Then he walked over to the corner of the room and curled up, still hurt by her words. He didn't believe she would ever be that mean to him. And yet she called him those things. His footprints were bloody from that one injured paw.
She moved around a bit. She was shaking still. She opened her eyes. "What happen?" She asked. Last thing she remember was trying to get to James and falling. "James." She looked around. "Are you ok. Who hurt you?" She said.
James shook his head. "I did." He said softly, still curled up. He didn't move. He stayed curled up as small as he could, just a black fluff ball.
"Why would you do that?" She asked. She looked at him confused.
"Because you were calling me mean and rude and that hurt Calla." He said softly, his head still under his wing.
"When did this happen?" She asked.
He shook his head slowly. "Just a couple of minutes ago." he told her. He sent the memories into her mind. The whole thing of her being crazy and then calling him names.
"I was on a power high." She said. "You were the one who gave it to me." She said. She looked at him with a upset face.
"Well I'm sorry. I guess it's my fault then?" He asked, still not lifting his wings from his face. "You hurt my feelings Calla. My feelings never got hurt before now."
"I wasn't myself." She shouted at him shaking. She frowned at him. "I wouldn't of done that. You should know me by now ." She said.
"There is no need to yell at me Calla." He said softly. "I do know you. But I also know that you were on a power high, and not being controlled, or mindwashed or forced, or anything like that. Just like a person who is drunk is responsible for their actions, so is someone who is on a power high. Why can't you just own up to your actions for once? And not blame it on something else?" He asked softly.
She didn't say anything. She was upset. She got up. "I guess I was wrong." She said. "About you. I thought maybe you were the same person I fell for but your not." She was hurt. She looked down crying. "I should go. " she whispered running crying. She collapsed on the hall way. She was shaking. She gave him back the power. "Why? It's not my fault." She cried. She couldn't stop crying,
James sat up then. "We're still on that deal!? The person you fell for does not exist!" He shouted into her mind. "I thought you had learned to see past that and love me for who I am, but I guess I was wrong!" He huffed and shook his head. In anger, his spikes came out and his claws lengthened. He started to pace back and forth, angry and hurt.
"He does too and he did until now" she whispered. She didn't was shaking now. She closed her eyes. She gave him all her power. "I have nothing to live for now. The one I love is gone." She said.
That made James mad. She wanted his desguise, but that was all it was, a disguise. The old James didn't exist, and yet Calla kept pretending he was the old James, and not loving him for who he was. "HE DOES NOT EXIST!" He shouted, fuming. "HE DOESN'T AND HE NEVER DID." his eyes were red and he was beyond angry. "And now I bet you're going to go kill yourself, and hope I feel bad and come back and say sorry, like you always do. Fat chance. I'll keep you alive like I promised, cause I don't break my promises, so you can keep killing yourself, but I'll just bring you back. But guess what. You can't make me feel bad by killing yourself." He said, angry. His red eyes were glaring at her now. She was so frustrating some times.
"Please I never said that." She said shaking. She got up weakly. "Josh." She whispered. She was shaking. She saw an ugly creature who wasn't the person who she loved. James wouldn't do this to her. She wanted him back so much. "I want the person who loved me and wouldn't yell at me and would know I wasn't myself." She knocked on Josh's door harder.
James paced faster, glaring. "You were on a power high! You were not being controlled! Like I said, people who say stupid stuff when they're drunk, still go apologize after when they are sober, regardless of whether they were themselves or not when they said it. But you, you honey, you refuse to apologize. You just say over and over that you weren't yourself." He growled. "I know that you weren't yourself! But don't you think I deserve an apology!?"Josh opened the door, saw James fuming, which really was a horrendous sight, and a distressed Calla. He herded her into his room and frowned a little. "What happened?"
"I got too much power and wasn't myself and he yelled at me and keeps yelling at me saying I should say sorry." She was shaking still. "I love him. He should know I wouldn't say those things so why should I say sorry." She asked. "I didn't do anything wrong. He was complete ignoring me. And I asked why and he left."
Josh nodded and listened, then he sighed softly. "We're supposed to say sorry even when we didn't do anything wrong. You know that Calla. You say sorry even when they're the one who is wrong. Our parents taught us this, don't you remember?" He asked her gently.
"Yes I know I he was ignored me and it hurt. He wouldn't answer me and said it was rude." She whispered. She was shaking still. "It was rude and mean to do that." She fell forwards a little bit. "I'm fine." She said.
Josh frowned, confused. "Wait, he was ignoring you? I thought he was yelling at you... which one is it?" He asked.
"He was ignoring me and then when I snapped out of it he started to yell at me when I ask what's wrong. He snapped out."
Josh sighed. "I think you should talk to him. You both need to apologize." He said, his arms crossed. He watched her sadly.
"I didn't do anything." She whispered. She was sad. "I'm ok." She repeated. She collapsed again. "Don't bother him. I have nothing to live for anymore."
Josh sighed. "There's your problem sis. You still think you didn't do anything. Sometimes you have to own up to your mistakes and just say sorry, even if you were right." He said softly. "And stop with this I'm going to kill myself business. You know it hurts me to know that just cause you had a fight with James you feel like you have nothing to live for anymore. What about me? Do I mean nothing to you?"
"I'm not talking about it. I'm dying without his energy." She was looked up at him. "And it's ok to know. I love you so much b brother but I need James so much." She said.
Josh shook his head. "Your friend died Calla. Danny is crying, broken in his room. James just wants an apology, and yet you would let yourself die, not only leaving Sam to her fate, but also giving James the same fate as Danny has right now. Is that what you want?"
"Sam's not dead." She shouted weakly. "He can't accept that no matter who he is he's still the same James I fell for." She looked at him.
"Sam is dead, and you are doing nothing to help her. You're just sitting here crying." Josh sighed and shook his head. "He can't accept it because he isn't that person. That's like me believe you actually are something you dress up for one halloween. He's not that James Calla, he never was, never will be. You have to understand that."
"I told him she's not suppose to be dead." She said. She looked at them. "Fine" she said she got up weakly. She walked slowly and teleported herself far away from him with little energy she had. She went back to the place where she meant him. She laid there. She didn't think he was the same person. He was she knew it and everyone thought she was crazy. She knew what she had to do. If she killed herself Sam will come back.
Josh threw his hands in the air. "And there you go to kill yourself. Sorry James. I tried." He sighed. Calla was a good girl, but she didn't understand some things.James had retracted his claws and spikes, his eyes dimming so he looked like a normal dog with wings again. He lay down on his paws, just wishing Calla would come apologize.
She said the spell that would bring Sam back. She would be right there beside her. She made sure she wouldn't die unless of she didn't have her true loves kiss. Her skin was pale as she saw a bright light came down. She closed her eyes and she went into a deep sleep. Her breathing was slowing down.
Sam woke up and looked around. Then she spotted Calla and her eyes widened. James get over here! You have to save Calla!James sighed and flew to them, licking Calla's face to give her a lot of energy. He didn't care if he gave her too much, he was only worried he wouldn't give her enough.
She didn't wake up. Since it wasn't a kiss but a lick. He would have to transform back to kiss her. She had so much power. She didn't move at all. She didn't smile at all. She wasn't shaking or moving, her body was cold and limp.
James swore in his head. He closed his eyes and started the shifting process back. Ever so slowly, he started to change. His bones breaking and snapping, realigning back into his human form. Ten agonizing minutes later, he was human again. He kissed her gently and then backed up again. Sam frowned a little, wondering if Danny had forgotten about her already, she hadn't seen him here yet...
Her eyes started to flutter. She didn't move that much. She started to warm up a bit. She laid there not moving again. She took a deep a breath. She moved some now. Her eyes open a little bit. She was a little bit out of it. "Pretty colors. Do you see the pretty colors." Danny sat there broken.
James shifted back into his demon form then, so he could take care of her and not lose energy. He licked her face gently once, and then picked up her shirt in his jaws, flying them back to the castle, where he lay down again, his one paw still bleeding and broken. Sam teleported herself to Danny's room. She stood in the doorway hesitantly. "Danny?" She asked.
