Sam nodded. "Just fine." She swayed a little. "I'm alright."James held her hand. "Are you sure? Your eyes are black..." He said, his own black eyes drifting over hers nervously.
He went to her and hold her. "Not use to the power?" He whispered."I'm fine." She said. "My eyes are blue silly." She looked at Josh. "My eyes are blue." She didn't want them knowing what she did.
Sam shook her head, leaning against Danny for balance. "Guess not. I didn't realize how long I had been without it..."Josh shook his head. "They're black."
James frowned slightly. "Why are they black Calla? What did you do?" He asked seriously.
He smiles at her. He picked her up. "You'll ok now. Nothing bad will happen now.""I did nothing." She said lying. "My eyes are blue." She said looking at the.
Sam nodded, leaning against him. "Ok." She slowly started to fall asleep, exhausted from the sudden power surge."You can't lie to a demon Calla. You know that. Please tell me what you did." James begged.
"You'll be fine now." He whispered holding her. "How are you feeling?" He asked.She bit her lip. "I gave Sam all her powers back." She whispered.
"Ok. Just a little tired. And tingly." She smiled a little, looking up at him.James clenched his fist. "All of it?" he confirmed. "Then why are your eyes black? Did you take some of hers? You did, didn't you?" He asked.
He smiled at her. He took her in to others."Yes I gave her back and took the dark power and put in me so she would be ok." She said.
"Hi guys." Sam said happily. "Which one of you made me a starlighter again?"James was focusing on Calla, but he answered Sam. "Calla did." He told her honestly.
"Thanks." Sam said, grinning.
James was bending over Calla. "Honey, listen. That dark energy isn't good for you. Me on the other hand, I'm made for the stuff." He said, being dead serious. "I think it would be better if you gave it to me, instead. I don't want you getting hurt."
Danny watched."Your welcome." She whispered looking at Sam with her cold black eyes. She looked at James. She didn't want anything happening to him. "I'm fine. I don't want to hurt you."
Sam frowned. "You took my dark energy?" She asked. "That could hurt you!"James nodded. "She's right Calla, give it to me please, for your saftey."
Danny's eyes widen."Well yes but James last time you turned into a dragon."
James bit his lip and shrugged. "Ok yeah, but you got me out again. I wasn't a full dragon, just a half dragon." He said honestly. "Besides, I think I can control it this time."Sam frowned. "Ugh... what are we going to do now?"
"No." She said. "I can't let you do that." She said. "I don't know."
"And I can't let you get hurt." He said honestly. Sam sighed. "Great..."
"I'm fine." She said looking at him. "Don't I look fine Josh?" She asked. "I'm fine perfectly fine.""Yep."
Josh frowned. "No, you don't really."James was getting very worried about her. "Please give it to me, or I'll have to take it from you." He said softly.
"Yes I do." She put a block on her powers. Only powers would go would be the light. Storm clouds filled the skies. "I'm perfectly fine. Don't I look fine Sam?"Danny looked at Sam.
Sam shook her head, her eyes wide. "Calla, trust me, you don't know the dangers of those powers like I do."James looked over at Sam. "Sam, I'm sending you a thought. I need you to listen to my instructions ok?"
Sam nodded, she focused on Calla and did what she was instructed. Her eyes started to glow and her mouth opened and she reached into the most powerful part of her energy.
At that same moment, James put his hand over Calla's heart and closed his eyes. Sam's dark magic was funneled out of her and into him. He shuddered. "It's going to be ok now." He whispered, before falling over limply on the ground. He had linked the dark magic to himself in such a way that it could not be taken back again.
She gasped for air. She looked at him."James wake up." She whispered. She shook him. "Wake up." She said."Sam is he ok?" He whispered.
Sam nodded. "He should be. At least in the plan he sent me he said he would live. Or else I never would have helped him do it."James didn't respond to her. He was lying limply on the ground.
"You sure he wouldn't lie to you?" He asked.She felt dark energy. She closed her eyes. She tapped into everyone's power in the room and sucked the dark energy out of him. You could see the energy move into her.
"Sam she's not suppose to be able to do that right?"
Sam shook her head, "I'm not entirely sure what is going on to be honest."The second James regained consciousness, he gasped and cut off the stream of energy leaving him, so that calla could not pull out any more energy. "Don't you dare. I'm not going to let you hurt yourself." He whispered.
"Ok." He whispered.She looked at him. "And I'm not going to let you kill yourself over me." She said. She took the last of the power he had that wasn't his. "I'm sorry but I'm not going to let you kill yourself over me."
"I wasn't dying, you know that right?" He asked, raising one eyebrow. "My body just shut off while it tried to decide whether or not to accept the energy. Please just let me have it Calla." He begged.Sam sighed. "Well then. I'm starved. Danny, shall we finally go have breakfast now?"
She didn't answer. He was dying. She saw it with her own to eyes. "I'm sorry I can't let you kill yourself." She said looking at him. She wasn't going to let him kill himself like Josh did. It was already and enough that Josh thought she owed him for that. She looked at them. "I can't let you have it." "Yes we should." He smiled at her.
James shook his head. "You don't understand. I wasn't killing myself. Honest." He told her gently. "I am not going to die. Now please give me the energy."Sam nodded. "Ok." She smiled and walked with him into the kitchen. "What do you want lover boy?" She asked casually, her back to him as she looked in the fridge.
"Yes you were." She shouted. The storm clouds came back. "I'm not going to let you kill yourself." She said loudly. He smiled. He looked down at her and kissed her letting the light pour into her.
James got up, flying into the air to hover a little off the ground. "No I wasn't and I'm not letting you keep that energy." He said, the room around him suddenly darkening. Sam's eyes widened in surprise, but she melted against him, letting her light slowly start to grow. Mmmmm. Forgot how much I loved this.... She kissed him back harder.
She glared at him. "I'm not letting you kill yourself over me." She said. The room was black. He smiled and kissed back harder. He pulled her closer to him.
James glared right back. "You don't have a choice." He said darkly, the air around him heating up as his demon energy grew stronger. "Last chance Calla."Sam moaned softly, wrapping her arms around his neck. The light was growing stronger.
"Yes I do this time. Last time I didn't. I'm not letting anyone die for me anymore."She said going away. He smiled and kissed letting the light come out.
James started to pull the dark energy out of her. "I told you, taking the energy wont kill me Calla." He grinned evilly, like he knew something she didn't.Sam let the light out, pressing herself against him. Her hands wandered down over his back.
"No you don't." She glared her eyes got darker. She took the energy back. She blocked and put so many charms up that no one could reach unless she gave it to the willingly. She glared at him as the darkness took over. "I'm not letting anyone die for me." She said. "Josh don't I look perfectly fine"He smiled unaware of everything going on. He pressed against her. "So much light inside trying to let it all out." He muttered.
James shrugged. "Well you failed there. Because someone just did die for you. And it wasn't me. Like I said, I won't die if you give me the energy, so hand it over!""Let it out." Sam mumbled back, before kissing him again. She couldn't get enough. Her light was shining very brightly now.
"Who just died?" She asked. "I'm not letting you have it. Who died for me." She shouted.He nodded his head letting it all out.
He grinned at her, the darkness increasing around him as he stared at her coldly. "James did."Sam smiled against his lips, kissing him more softly for a moment, before pulling away to look up in his eyes. "I love you Charming."
Her heart broken into pieces she fell on the ground. She had tears coming out of her eyes. Her eyes were blue now the power still in her. She locked herself from the real world. She let two people die for her. She let Josh and James. Her only family. She was gasping for air."I love you too" he whispered. "Sam do feel that dark energy."
The demon flew from the room, grinning evilly. His purpose was accomplished. That witch was so gullible...Sam nodded, her eyes widening. "I do..." She looked up at him. "What do you think is wrong?"
She still had the dark energy in her. This hold time he played her. She was played. She lost him along time a go. She looked down crying."Josh did you know he was playing me?" She whispered."I don't we should got check it out."
Josh appeared beside her. "He wasn't." he said softly.Sam nodded. She teleported them to Calla. "What happened? What's wrong?"
She kept crying. "Why though? How come? I couldn't give it to him and I didn't and I won't. Yes he was." She shouted."Where's James?"
Josh shook his head. "No he wasn't. James hasn't played you once Calla." he said softly.Sam bit her lip. "I don't know. I can't sense him."
"Then why did he leave? Why is he like that? And how can I get him back?" She asked."What's wrong?"
Josh shook his head, "That demon wasn't James Calla. That's why he said he wouldn't die if you gave him the energy. That's why he said James died. He isn't James Calla. That was another demon, come to steal Sam's energy."Sam bit her lip. "So where's James?"
"So I did the right thing by still keeping it? And where is James?" She asked."Yes calla it look like you did."
"Yes. You did. He was trying to steal it." Josh said, nodding. "I don't know where James is. I can't sense him."Sam shook her head. "I can't sense him either."
She looked at them and closed her eyes looking for James. She sensed him a little bit. How was that possible? She opened her eyes. "Josh how can one be stuck in time?" "I don't like the sound of that.,"
Josh thought for a moment, "I'm not entirely sure. I never studied time travel and the like much when I was alive. The stuff always confused me. But I'm sure it's possible somehow."Sam nodded. "I don't either. You think James is stuck in time?"
"I'm fine." She whispered. She looked up her eyes were black. She smiled. "It work everyone's ok now." She paused. "No more worries"
