this might sound a little far-fetched, but... i think that jaypaw could actually be the son of leafpool and crowfeather. it's just an idea, and probably not true. it's just i saw in an interview that someone asked "erin hunter" if that was true, and she said: "it's an interesting theory, but i couldn't possibly comment." that means that if she says something it will give something away!!! what do you guys think?

if you go to www.worriorcats.com you can chat with one of the erins and if you are lucky you might find out, but its kinda hard to get a reply but if you keep trying she will answer you. still she might not tell you and leave you with more questions=)
actually yeah I've been there and someone already asked that question, and one of the erins was being very evasive about that subject.
oh well thats all i got but im gonna research more and try to find out.

btw... you can find out A LOT if you type in "jaypaw leafpool crowfeather" into google.
I'm starting to think it could be Hollypaw too. She has a dark black pelt, more like crowfeather's than her supposed parents'. Leafpool was extremely worried when she disappeared. And Tigerstar came to Jaypaw and Lionpaw, but not Hollypaw. Maybe that's because she's not his kin?
if you have read the first book of The Power of Three, you can spot a lot of sayings that prove or disprove the idea. also in the front of the book that shows all of the cats, you should see Squirrelflight under the catagory of Queen and it says "dark ginger she-cat with green eyes, MOTHER OF BRAMBLECLAW'S KITS:LIONKIT, HOLLYKIT, AND JAYKIT"i dont think that the Erin Hunters would put that there if it wasnt true, if they did do that then readers could say that Graystripe and Leafpool had kits or that Brook had secretly mated with Firestar, and other stuff like that
I HAVE read the first book of Power of Three. And even though some things may disprove the idea, I see way more things that proof it's true. As for the the alliegiences thing... it says Squirrelflight is the mother of lionkit, hollykit and jaykit because that's what we know so far. that's how they appeared in the books, and we haven't gotten any information yet to know any better. Just like the family trees on the websites, it only has information on the first book in every series, otherwise it would spoil things. And would the Erins really spoil something that huge for us? Do you really think they'd right, Squirrelflight- SUPPOSED mother of jaypaw, and on Leafpool's say Mother of Jaypaw? They are very careful not too spoil anything before they've written it. And there is TOO much evidence in the books to be ignored or considered accidental. I think this is really something to be considered. If you still aren't convinced, you can check out all the evidence that people have come up with by typing 'jaypaw leafpool crowfeather' into google. I have my own list by it would be WAY too long if I typed it up here.
YES!!!! JAYPAW IS DEFINITELY THE SON OF LEAFPOOL AND CROWFEATHER!!!! AND HOLLYPAW AND MAYBE LIONPAW! I JUST KNOW IT!!! i heard of this one girl mention it and it got me interested. i think her name was Scorchclaw or something. it was this warrior fan club. but anyway, she said that there was a few reasons. one: Leafpool's milk did not come remember? so the kits aren't hers!
two: Leafpool had her kits outside the camp right? Leafpool could have given it to her! and nobody would have noticed!
three: Jaypaw's looks and attitudes are just like Crwofeather! gray pelt, blue eyes, gruff and sensitive. tough. thinks that he can stand up to anything. (and of course he can!) and much much more! and he became a medicine cat just like Leafpool! maybe StarClan took interest on that...
four: when Hollypaw went missing, Leafpool worried about her most and DESPERATELY tried to make Jaypaw dream and find out where she was! Squirrelflight wasn't hardly even worried one bit!
five: once Hollypaw got back look at the top of page 255, you will find,
"Leafpool stared at her with troubled eyes."I'm glad your safe." she mowed.
"I'm sorry i worried everyone." Hollypaw replied.
"don't do it again." Leafpool's mew was suddenly fierce.
Hollypaw bristled. 'You sound like my mother.' she thought.
see? 'you sound like my mother' is the biggest evidence you can ever find!

Also, could the fact that Jaypaw is blind be Leafpool's punishment that she had kits while she was a medicine cat? And, once when Leafpool was talking about Squirrelflight to Jaypaw, she hesitated and said "your mother" instead of Squirrelflight.Annie, search the name of my group in the groups search bar, and then press 'join group'!
Wow. Good point. But its hard to believe that StarClan would blame it on poor Jaypaw and make him blind. Its kind of sad. But I bet that Spottedleaf had nothing to do with it because she knew how Leafpool was feeling. And why is Crowfeather being so rude to her? I just don't get it. Thanks!
They've done it before, remember? Punishing an innocent kit because the mother was a medicine cat? Yellowfang! StarClan killed her other two kits, and made Brokenstar evil. That was her punishment. So maybe they're doing it again! We know that they have done it before. I think Crowfeather is being to rude to her because he is mad at her for choosing a medicine cat over him, and he thinks that because of this, she doesn't love him anymore. Also, he wants to be loyal to his Clan.

Yes Jaypaw, Lionpaw, and Hollypaw are all Leafpool and Crowfeather's kits. Except that Crowfeather doesn't know.Read Sunrise and the Omen of the Stars series and it is all explained.
It's all been revealed about this subject.
Yes. lionblaze, Jayfeather, and Hollyleaf, are leafpool and crowfeather's kits. Hollyleaf is Jayfeather and Lionblaze's sister but not one of the three. Has anyone else read all the Warriors books?

YES I have! They are my second favorite series!(first is Redwall)
I have read all of the books that have come out so far and yes Jayfeather, Linblaze, and Hollyleaf are Leafpool's kits. Its obvious i mean seriously, Squirrelflight had no milk for her kittens and none of them looked anything like either of the parents but one thing that still puzzles me is...Crowfeather and Leafpool were only together for a short time..how in the world did they have time to make kittens?(not a joke serious question)

The kits were also born outside camp while Leafpool and Squirrelflight were taking a walk... Too abvious!! XD
He's the best character! I mean i do feel for him because it's hard for him to act kind near others when they dont understand. I personally think his power of the power of three is the best. I Erin hunter is going to go far with this character. :)
I've read all the books, own most of them, and am waiting on the edge of my seat for the 5th Omen of the Stars!!! XD
Psh, she abuses the fact that she has an amazing character like Jayfeather. I love him to. She just doesn't do much with him anymore. He's just there. :(
