Kody smiled as she sat by him and leaned against him, happily kissing him back. Her hands snaked up to his shoulders to brace herself as she leaned forward against him.

Max smiled as she kissed him back. He felt her hands moving up to his shoulders and he moved his arms to around her hips. He started slowly rubbing her lower back as he kissed her.
Kody smiled against him and leaned in closer against him moaning lightly against him. She shifted so her knees wee on either side of his thighs, closing her eyes.
Max smiled as she started moaning lightly. He continued rubbing her lower back and kissing her. He smiled as she shifted her body a bit. He was starting to like Kody a lot.
Kody finally tugged her lips from his and grinned at him. "Now, I figure I'd better double check since there's no way you don't with skills like that." she chuckled. "Do I need to worry that you have a current girlfriend that's going to try an kick my ass?"
Max laughed. "Well thank you for the compliment, but no. Right now I have no current girlfriend." He shook his head. "Seriously, I'm not like that! I am not the best with committing to anything, which is why I play so many sports. So... yeah." He laughed a bit. "Oh wait, I guess I have to ask the same. You don't have a current boyfriend who's going to try to beat me up, right?
Kody laughed and tapped his nose with cheerful smile, though she didn't move away from him or shift, still sitting comfortably with her knees on either side of him. "Nah, don't need to worry about that." she assured him easily.
Max grinned. "Perfect." He laughed when she kissed his nose. As un-masculine as it sounded, it did tickle a bit. "Well now that that's settled..." He winked and then started kissing her again, a little faster this time with the same intensity as before.
A little startled, Kody hesitated a split second before kissing him back happily, matching his intensity without a problem. Her hands, which had release and rested her her lap, slowly slid up his chest to his shoulders.
Max sighed with contentment as she kissed him back and slid her hands up his chest to his shoulders. He pulled her a little bit closer to him, if that was even possible. He liked that she could match his intensity yet at other times just be simple and sweet.
Kody leaned against him completely, her body pressing against his comfortably. She rested her forehead against his, her eyes closing gradually.
Max smiled against her lips as she leaned into him completely. It felt so good to have her leaning against him. He noticed her slowly shut her eyes, which made him feel even better. She must be enjoying it then.
After another few long moments, Kody broke away again and curled up on his lap, leaning against his chest with a soft giggle and quiet sigh.
Max smiled again as she curled up onto his lap and leaned against his chest. He softly stroked her hair and kissed the top of her head. He gently rubbed the top of her back to relax her even more.
Kody had been going to change positions, but abruptly changed her mind instead as he rubbed her back and stroked her hair. She smiled and reached for the remote, offering it to him with a grin.
Max laughed. "How kind of you to offer me the remote! But don't worry, I'm a gentleman. You can pick whatever you'd like." He smiled. He knew that most girls got bored with sports and even though Kody didn't seem to mind, he wanted her to pick what she wanted to watch.
"Too bad it's not football season." Kody said regretfully as she pulled up the guide and began checking what was on. She smirked at him. "Will you puke if I choose Pitch Perfect? The plot sucks, but I love the signing and characters."
Max nudged her shoulder. "You like football? I knew I liked you for a reason!" He laughed. He then shook his head at Kody. "It's fine, I've seen it before and it's not too terrible. I've seen worse." He motioned for her to click it.
Kody shrugged in slight disbelief that a guy had seen it but clicked it anyway and set the remote on the table. Then she did move, sitting on one end of the couch with her legs across his lap and her feet at the other end, grinning cheerfully at him. "I think we should have to sing along with any songs we know." she suggested, her grin turning devilish.

Max saw her look of disbelief and shrugged. "What, my sister dragged me to it." He laughed. He watched as she shifted and put her legs over his lap. He certainly didn't mind wherever she was, as long as it was the same couch. His eyes opened wide as he heard what she said. "Uhhh, how about no? I'm not the singer in my family. Nope nope!" He shook his head violently.
"Come on, pleaseeeeee!" Kody begged, giving him her best Bambi eyes/puppy dog look. Unfortunately for him, she was an expert at it.
Max sighed in defeat when she begged and then topped it off with her puppy dog look. "You're not going to give this up, are you?" He said resignedly.

"Nope." Kody said cheerfully, her eyes widening pleadingly. "I'll sing them with you." she wheedled him hopefully, crossing her fingers silently.
Max sighed. "I have an awful voice. You do realize that, right? You're just going to be in pain listening to me." He looked at her eyes and saw her puppy dog eyes again. He looked down and sighed again. He knew that he was going to have to do it, just to make Kody happy.
"Wait!" Kody jumped up and ran to her room, reemerging in a few seconds with a guitar. She sat down again, her legs still over his lap. "I'll sing and play. You just sing."((BTW May have a couple posts tomorrow but I'll be gone until Sunday. ))
((Awww okay :'( ))Max looked at her with surprise. "You play the guitar as well? My goodness, you are full of surprises, aren't you!" He smiled at her, impressed. He then reluctantly said, "Fine. But I'm warning you, I'm not good at all."
Kody smirked. "Don't be that impressed. I've had like seven lessons. I still suck." she laughed. "So you're not alone in the horrible musical talent club." she grinned.
Max laughed. "Okay, well that makes me feel better. Even though you're probably still amazing." He grinned at her. "Oh, and I don't know the words to most of these songs either by the way." He laughed.
Kody grinned at him devilishly. "You will after watching it now." she winked at him as she turned to watch the opening bits of the movie. Her hand slipped across the couch to take his.
Max laughed. "Oh goodness. I feel like you planned this in advance somehow." He laughed again. He smiled as she took his hand. He squeezed her hand and then started watching the movie, hoping that the singing part wouldn't come until later.
"Im secretly an evil genius in disguise. An extremely attractive evil genius." Kody teased him with a grin, squeezing his hand back gently. ((GUESS WHO'S BACKKKKK!))
((Woot woot!!!!))Max laughed. "Well, it wouldn't surprise me if you're an evil genius, but I definitely know that you are an extremely attractive person." He winked at her.
Kody smirked and winked back at him, wiggling her eyebrows. "Why yes I am." she teased him.
Max laughed, leaned forward, and kissed her. He knew it was random, but he suddenly had the urge to kiss her so he acted on his gut instinct.
Slightly startled but not exactly complaining, Kody kissed him back, letting the guitar slip to the floor.
Max smiled as she kissed him back, letting the guitar slide to the floor. Whoops. Forgot about that. He pulled away after a moment and smirked. "Sorry, just felt like doing that." He winked.
Kody raised an eyebrow at him with a teasing grin. "hey, you don't see me complaining, now do you?" She smirked at him, the corners of her lips curling up into a mischievous smile.
Max smirked back. "That's very, very true." He grinned and smirked again. He loved her smile, especially when it was a teasing smile. ((Check out the find a mates thread again please :) ))
Kory grinned and shifted so that she was leaning against his side perpendicular to him with her legs spread out in front of her. She pulled a blanket off the back of the couch and snuggled up underneath it happily. ((Sure :3))
Max smiled when she moved closer to him and then put the blanket around herself. "You look very warm and cozy." He teasingly said and then kissed the top of her head. He wasn't complaining though. Her body heat was warming him up while she was lying next to him.
"I am." Kody poked his stomach with a giggle, turning her head to face the tv as the movie began. She snuggled up under the blankets farther and smiled at him.
He smiled at her and laughed when she poked his stomach. "You really like my abs, don't you?" He said teasingly. He then turned his head to watch the movie as well.
That wasn't the reason she had poked him in the stomach, but Kody still smiled and replied easily with, "Well, who wouldn't?" and a quick kiss on the cheek.
Max laughed and smiled as she kissed his cheek. "Good answer." He teasingly said and then leaned his head against hers.
Kody giggled. "I put the 'genius' in 'evil genius.'" she retorted. "Mwahahaha!" she tapped his nose as she gave her best evil cackle- which was surprisingly impressive.
Max laughed. "That is true as well, very true." He nodded. He raised both of his eyebrows while she cackles. "Wow, I truly am impressed. You are a girl of many talents, including evil cackling." He laughed and grinned.
Kody grinned, proud, and tapped him on the nose again. "Why thank you. You're not too shabby at anything yourself."
Max grinned. "Thank you very much." His eyes sparkled mischievously and he asked, "What do you think I'm best at?" He winked.
"Hmmmm...." Kody studied him thoughtfully for a long moment, then nodded decisively. "Swimming."
