I am participating in the Australian Women Writers Challenge again this year and will be reading and reviewing 30 books. I loved the challenge last year and am very excited to be a part of it again.

I love Karen's series Diamond Spirit - so do the kids at the High School I work at. This is on the top of my list to read
I haven't read those yet, but Jumping Fences was really good, hope you enjoy it when you get around to reading it :)
Have you read Riding on Air by Maggie Gilbert - its a great book too I'm waiting for to come out in print so I can get it for the school

I just finished the 8th book for the challenge House for all Seasons by Jenn J. McLeodI loved it, it was a great story of friendship set in a small town. You can see my review on my blog or on Goodreads here
I just realised I haven't told you about the 9th book I read for the challenge. Ophelia and the Marvelous Boy was a 5 star middle grade. I read this one with my 8 year old son and he loved it. You can check out my review here on Goodreads or on my blog.I have also finished my tenth book for the challenge. Thornwood House It was another 5 star read, this one for the grown ups though. It was one of last years 50 books you can't put down, and I wholeheartedly agree.

The 24th book I have read is Merrow by Ananda Braxton-Smith unfortunately I don't have time to review this one, but I enjoyed it and gave it 3 stars.
The 25th book I have read is Captives by Angela Meyer unfortunately I don't have time to review it either, but if you enjoy mini stories I highly recommend it. I rated it 4 stars.
