Tory stood and dusted off. "Yeah, I just hope my laptop isn't broken..."
Crispin looked up at her "Why you out here anyway" he asked, meaning why was she coming outside through the back door of the school.
"Got turned around, it happens." She shrugged, like it was no big deal. "Wuy? Are you a junkie?"
Crispin chuckled "No, I'm not a junkie" he said.
"Then why are you here?" She asked, him, tilting her head to the side.
"Didn't feel like going to gym" Crispin said simply.
She looked at him. "Hey, you were kn my first class, weren't you?" She was sure she'd seen him somewhere.
Crispin nodded slightly "Yeah, and I seen you in the office this morning" he said.
She thought back that far, then shook her nead. "Nope, don't remember you. Ever been to L.A?"
Crispin shook his head slightly, "Nope" he said.
She smirked she couldn't she couldn't help it. "I go in three days." She really couldn't help not smiling.
"Cool" Crispin said with a small smile.
"So... whybare you sitting down at the back of the school?"
"I like being outside" Crispin said.
She looked around. "There are plenty of places that don't smell like drugs."
"It doesn't smell like drugs" Crispin said.
She cocked her head to the side and in hailed tjrough her nose and gaged. "Yeah it does."
Crispin shook his head slightly "I don't smell anything" he said, and he had a very high sense of smell.
She flicked his nose. "Maybe it's broken..." she mused.
Crispin smiled "No, I don't think that's it" he said "May be you're just smelling things that aren't there" he said.
She shook her head, then thought about it. "Maybe."
Crispin smiled, "So how do you like it here so far." he asked.
"Well my I.T teacher lets me work on my videos..."
Crispin nodded slightly "That's good" he said.
Tory sat down next to him and checked her timetable. "The rest ofmy day is I.T."
"Really, how'd you manage that?" Crispin asked.
"It's what I'm good at and I think someof my old teachers pulled some strings."
"So you have just two classes for the whole school day?" Crispin asked.
Tory nodded. "Yeah, really only one though."
"I don't understand how that's even possible. You need certain credits to graduate" Crispin said.
She smiled at him. "I always get A's and I'm always ahead in my classes, sonthey let me do what I want."
"Then why don't you just graduate early?" Crispin asked.
She looked at him. "Home is hell, I haven't been there in two weeks."
Crispin nodded slightly "Seems like a good enough reason" he said.
"So, what class do you have next?"
"Some type of math class" Crispin said.
Toey laughted. "You're not good at math?"
"No, not really, but I'm not failing it either. I have a b average" Crispin said.

Tory laughted. "I'm glad I finished that stuff, now I can just do what I want." She said, looking up as the bell rang.
Crispin smiled "You're lucky then" he said.
Tory stood and looked at him. "Well?"
"Well what?" Crispin asked, looking up at her.
"You going to class?"
Crispin shook his head slightly, "Nah, I have physics next" he said.
Tory laughted at him. "What classed did you skip today?"
