I really like the witches and Death. Especially when death decides to take a vacation in Reaper Man

Gosh, just read my last post and realised that it sounded really bad! I didn't mean that it was excellent that China was decimated - just that the Formics have arrived and starting decimating the population and land where they landed (just happened to be China!).

I still intend to read World After if there is still a world after I finish reading my current book. It is taking so long!

Liam || Books 'n Beards (madbird) Technically didn't read it for the challenge, but just finished Dust.

message 180: by Amber (new)

Amber (ukaunz) I read The Girl with All the Gifts last week and just realised that it qualifies me for the February Challenge. I didn't know anything about the story and didn't even read the cover blurb before I started it, so it was actually a bit of a surprise to me that it was post-apocalyptic. I don't want to spoil the plot for anyone so I'll leave it at that :-)
The Girl with All the Gifts by M.R. Carey ★★★★
