After spending the entire night in the Observatory, you discovered a hidden stairwell that lead to the roof top. It was on the back side of the castle, so civilians and villagers passing by couldn't see it. There was a railing so you wouldn't fall, and it was just about time for the sun rise.

Emery opened the door to the rooftop. "Alone at last!" He exclaimed.
"Isn't it beautiful?" Emery said childishly.
Emery stood near the balcony letting the night breeze wave through his hair, "We used to do this all the time." He murmured.
Emery looked over at Alice. Je was relatively surprised to see her face red. "What's wrong? You look.... Flushed. Did something happen? Are you feverish?" He asked, concerned.
"Are you sure?" Emery said, tilting her face up so he could see her clearly. Earlier, it almost sounded like she remembered. It almost sounded like.... She liked.... No. I can't get my hopes up again. Who knows what they did to her while she was away for so long.
"Whatever you say, Alice." He said, returning his gaze to the sky. "You know... When we were kids, we both made wishes on a falling star." He said. "I wished we could be together forever, but some wishes can't come true, right?" He said sadly.
Emery looked down at himself. "Alice, I know for a fact that one couldn't come true. I already lost you once! I couldn't protect you then, I still can't now, and for the love of all things, not only have you lost your memories, but you were in love with Orion! Do you know how heart broken I was back then?" Emery caught his breath. He was now staring in her eyes, but the moment he realized what he said, he looked down again. "Maybe...it would be better if things stayed the way they were. When you were with... Them. I mean, look at me! I'm a mess, And you don't even like me that much- to you, I'm merely a stranger you met a few hours ago."
"Stop it, Alice. I don't want to force you to remember. More than that, I don't want to hurt you." He put his arms around her. "I'll become stronger for you. I won't run away from what we have." He whispered to her. He paused for a second. "I'll tell you about the past, but what did you want to know?"
"Why, you ask..." Emery said, scratching his head. "We grew up together. For me, there really wasn't anyone elseI would even consider an option...." He trailed off, lost in his memories.
"Nope. I still love you. If those guys thought distance would mean anything to me, they were wrong. As long as you can truly say you're happy without spells or lies, then I'll respect that." Emery told her.
Emery's face flushed. "Of all the things you remembered... It was this?"
"Now, now... " Emery wiped away a tear. "I can't believe you remembered all that. After that, you were so exhausted from every thing that had happened that you passed out, right on the roof! Do you know how many flights of stairs I had to carry you down?" He punched her playfully. "After that, I brought you to my house because of...bad things happening at your house. I told you I loved you for the first time..." Emery didn't want to remember the rest, for that was the day she was whisked away.
"I've missed you, Alice." He said, holding her close. He never wanted the moment to end.
Emery held her for a while. By the time the sun started rising again, he had fallen asleep too.
Emery woke up and found Alice shivering. "Wake up, Alice! Wake up." He said shaking her.
"Only to take you away. He was the leader of their duo." Emery said, stroking her head.
"Is it no longer a duo? Back then, it was just Orion and some other guy... Ukyo, I think his name was." Emery said, trying to remember if there was anyone else.

"Ukyo didn't seem all into it though... He was just there because he wanted to be." Emery assured her by the look on her face.
"So tell me about this third member. What's he like?" Emery asked curiously.
Emery stared at her confused. "Wait a minute, wait a minute. Did you just say she??? Orion hypnotized you, went out, broke your heart and now he's going out with this Jesse person???" Emery laughed at Orion's stupidity.
"No, it's not." Emery said, holding in a chuckle. "I'm glad he was stupid enough to leave you for Jesse. Because now, you have no other choice but to be mine." Emery smiled.
Emery leaned down and kissed her. "I've missed you."
"I'm glad you remembered at least that." He smiled.
((Would it be okay if Alice came up in the background story for Orion and Emery? I'm trying to make things a little easier read by adding backgrounds to the ownerless characters))
"We should." Emery said. He saw the worried look on her face. "Are you worrying about the nymph? Before we left, I saw her go through a portal with the girl with the fortune cookies." He told her.
Emery glanced around. "We do. But where can we run?" He asked.((I'm going to delete the comments so it makes more sense))
((Ideas... >:) I'll make this, but hold on.))"In the heart of the Enchanted Forest lies a mirror lake... Some know it as Lake Mirage. It's a lake from the surface, but once anyone dives in it, it's as though you're in another world. Atlantis lies below." Emery smiled. "I've only been there once before- You shouldn't have issues with breathing due to some enchantment."
"It is... It's hardeer to get out than it is to get in. Oddly enough, their version of an exit is a well. Guess where it leads to?" Emery replied.
"The Mirror Lake with no escapes. It'd be perfect." Emery told her.
Emery thought for a second. "That will be rather tricky, won't it..."
((Tis okay, I'm not too sure how I'm supposed to reply :P))
Luka was sitting at the edge of the roof playing a song with an Ocarina
Emery looked up. "Is there something on my face?" He asked.
Luka shook his head
The music remined the Soul of a forsest, Somewhere.....Lost
Emery glanced back. "That creepy guy has been following us since the cafe." He told her.
He shook his head and put the ocarina in a bad "Fear not for it you who hath followed me"
Emery stared. "No, it wasn't. We've literally been here the entire time. You just got here."
"Or did i?" He said coyly
"No, you didn't." Emery said crossly. "Just who do you think you are?"
"Alice, do you know this guy? He's creeping me out." Emery said, his arms crossed now.
"Just who are you, and what do you want?" Emery grabbed his poison covered dagger, but didn't let it show.
He took of his pionty hat, and disapeared for a few moments and then re apeared "How do you know?"
