Lyn (Readinghearts) (lsmeadows) I finally am breaking down and putting all of my challenges in one file. A very smart person suggested it so that it is easy to update files. Thnx sis

Here are the challenges:

1. A - Z Title challenge - read one book starting with each letter of the alphabet in 2009

2. 7 classics - read at least 7 classics in 2009

3. BBC top 100 - read as many books on the list as I can over time. My 2009 goal is to read 5 more of them.

4. 1001 Books to Read Before You Die - read 10 more of these in 2009.(Including the group read)

5. Shelf-a-thon - try to beat the number of shelves from the previous quarter.

6. Tudor lovers - read at least 3 Tudor books in 2009.

7. Seasonal challenges - beginning with fall 2009

Lyn (Readinghearts) (lsmeadows) 7 challenges progress

7 Classics Challenge

Before Goodreads I would never had attempted this, much less doing more than one challenge a year. Now I am doing 4 and am totally addicted. Here is my list:

1. FOUNDATION - by Isaac Asimov (Finished)
2. THE GIVER - by Lois Lowry (Finished)
3. A Tail of Two Cities
4. East of Eden
5. Rebecca
6. Robinson Crusoe
7. Middlemarch
8. The Handmaid's Tale
9. Wuthering Heights
10. THE GRAPES OF WRATH

And since my husband and I are reading them together, I will add the rest of the foundation series:

Foundation and Empire
Second Foundation
Foundation's Edge
Foundation and Earth
Prelude to Foundation
Forward the Foundation
