We rough it through the summer, leaving all the doors open when it's in the 90s (which is fucking rare) to just let all the good air be enjoyable....
But when winter comes, we shut it all down. Everything is locked. Everything is toasty. Nothing is opened. We all stay inside.

Yeah everyone's out and about during summer like our temps go from 90-110 that's the max. And we go to the ocean a lot and complain a lot and tbh a lot of the times I chill around the house in a bathing suit cuz it's fun

I'm not gonna swim over the summer this year, anyway. Kinda can't.
But at least I get out of taking a swim test during camp.

The max we've ever been to was like 120ish but that hasn't happened in a while, we usually get 112 or 114

The closest beach to me is 2-3 hours away, and the river (which is basically an 8 foot deep creek) is right by my house but I hate swimming in it because it smells weird and has fish that scare me and ugh no.
But I'm not swimming this summer 'cause I don't want my hair to turn green >_> Chlorine and all.....

Ohhhh right swimming pools. Only rich people have those around here because why the fuck do you need a pool when the beach is a ten minute drive from everywhere. There's like 5 lakes and about 7 different beaches on the ocean why a pool just why

We have like 4 community swimming pools in this city and the majority of people have pools (whether they be underground or regular outside family pools). We go to the beach for vacation and that's about it
