I need recommendations on some Science Non-fiction books. I normally don't read science fiction, let alone non fiction books. So any help on this will be awesome! It's for a challenge :)

I'm going to look in the library to see what I can find. Usually anything by Smithsonian or Nat. Geographic is good!
I can't think of any specific books I've read off the top of my head--and I rarely read them cover to cover, usually I just skim or read the parts that interest me. Usually anything to do with Space or Nature will get me reading it! So it really depends on your interests.

100 percent you must read The Immortal Henrietta Lacks!! I do not like non fiction books but I gave that one 5 stars ( which is rare for me)
