Rise Again: Below Zero buddy read

Hello everyone,

I am very excited to start reading this book. I read the first book last year, and I have been waiting for the sequel ever since. The evolving zombies are not very traditional, but they remain interesting.

I would like to start reading as soon as possible. I have never done a buddy read before and I am excited to try it. If anyone is interested, post a reply and we can pick a day to start reading. Hopefully some people will join soon.

I haven't read the first book yet, so don't want to start a sequel first, unless it can be read as a stand alone. Has anyone read both books that can offer advice? Maybe Sara?

You definitely need to read the first book to make sense of the second one.
