Cheer Papworth (cheerest) | 330 comments Going to get BOTM nominations for February started early this month, so what would you like to read for BOTM? Remember the rules: it must be a YA novel with a Dystopian or Apocalyptic theme; please only nominate books in a series if we have read the subsequent book(s) and check the group bookshelf to make sure we haven't already featured your nomination for BOTM.

Thanks!

Melissa Martin (sneakmeeks) | 21 comments Oops she said Prodigy, read and loved that so I guess I'm nominating Proxy. ;)

Melissa Martin (sneakmeeks) | 21 comments Starters
Life As We Knew It
Sunset Rising
Stung
Pawn
Taken

All those I haven't read so if any are known to be awful I'm sorry. And I have to nominate:

The Forsaken (The Forsaken, #1) by Lisa M. Stasse

I LOVED this book enough to suggest it. Usually I want suggest books I haven't read yet but I really think this group would love this book and it's been a while since I read it as an ARC so I could definitely read it again. Fans of The Maze Runner should live it.

Jane (janeinri) | 122 comments I'd still like the group to read Ashfall (Ashfall, #1) by Mike Mullin
I'd also like Born (Born, #1) by Tara Brown , as someone else suggested.

Kassidy | 1 comments I'm going to nominate UnWholly beacause this series is awesome. Also, I heardPawn and Cinder are good books :)

message 17: by Cheer (new)

Cheer Papworth (cheerest) | 330 comments Thank you for all of the wonderful nominations! I've gone through each nomination and sifted out a few because they aren't "shelfed" as YA and/or Apocalyptic or Dystopian. To be as fair as possible, the first 10 books that were nominated AND qualify will be included in the poll. Thank you!
