why doesn't my cover show?

i put in the isbn which should link it to amazon? the cover shows up there. i could upload a jpg, but i'm not sure how.

i don't remember having this problem with my first book.

a long thaw comes out tomorrow and i have a giveaway starting. i really want the cover to show. help!
