Lmao. Well, if I ever in real life meet a vampire I will inquire if I could suck his/her blood from his/her neck. It's just to satisfy my curiousity. What would if feel like to suck someone's blood. Hey! I'm serious.
1. Probably walk away briskly, hoping he hasn't noticed that I noticed. 2. Unless it was Edward Cullen, in which case I would whip out a diamond saw and let him have it.3. Ask to ghostwrite a biography for him, and make a ton of money.
4. Ask for clarification on various vampire myths.
5. Write an urban fantasy series based on "reality."

Be completely fascinated by anybody who has lived that long and doesn't have to eat. 
It depends what sort of vampire they were and what their intentions are, then I'll decide whether or not to kill them with my imaginary badass fighting skills or love 'em and leave 'em ;)

Make him/her tell me every day of his/her life. :DAnd if they tell me it's better to be a vampire than human being, I'd ask them to change me. :D
Depends on how said vampire would reveal themselves. If they earn my trust and prove they are what they are, then I'd except them and ask a million questions. If the vampire were to drag me into a dark alley kicking and screaming, I wouldn't be too fond of them. I think I'd die (my choices would be limited at this point). Really, it's all in how it presents itself. First impressions are everything :P
If he was drop dead gorgeous , just stare and probably faint. If he's ugly and mean, whip out the stake garlic and holy water
I would invite them out and study them and understand how similar and different they are from humans. Also see if all the vampire books depict them correctly.

IF the vampires were like the ones in Twilight (I'm reading the Saga now actually), I would take his/her contact information, wait until I was older, and ask to be bitten. Yup!(I feel my opinion should be different, or I should at -least- be more careful. . .(hence be careful what you wish for) ah well!)

I would probably run and try to get away. I like my blood in my body and the original myth of vampires is terrifying not sparkly and attractive.
I would probably stare and look stupid until it's too late.
