You simply have to set a limit for the ones, that aren't posting their reviews.
For example:
1 Time forgetting your review or reviewing to late will be alright.
If it happens a second time you'll send out a warning for him/her and if it's done a third time after your warning, you simply don't give those people reviews anymore.

Some groups even do it like when you miss one deadline without stating a reason, you are out immediately. It's a little bit harsh, but it helps to prevent the situation you stated above: Refelecting it badly on the group.

If you want help, I still won't mind helping :)

And @Team Challenge: Yeah it's also quite confusing at least in Team Red, since everyone posts a new post for every book they read instead of making one progress post.

For the R2R, I think that it was okay what you did, the purpose is to enjoy and help, not to feel bad, maybe on some other time the R2R could be brought again.

About the Team Challenge, I haven't read it, so I don't know what is it about, but after I post the progress of the 600,000 page challenge I'll take some time to understand it and read it of course.

Just a quick note though, I'm going on vacation for three weeks from June 14th- July 5th. We'll be in Cali for a week so I'll have wifi connection, but the next two weeks in China I probably won't be able to use wifi.... Also, I was thinking for the Author's discussion on the group that we should add the links to their Q & A that Goodreads just added to the site, so like this we are discussing the author and asking the author questions from the group. What do you all think about this? Also doing this for the Buddy Reads, after finishing a book, we could ask a question of the book as a group.

I was talking about stuff in July and August, so that would be SOTM/BOTM for August and September, I can do the stuff that need to be done this month myself :) (like closing threads, someone else is putting up the polls anyway)

For my sake, I will post a poll asking the members of the group if they want to change the Challenge to 60,000 pages instead of 600,000 pages.

The option that wins will determine the challenge's destiny.

600,000 would take a VERY long time. I hosted a 1,000 page length which took some members a day.... So I'm guessing a 60,000 page challenge will take somewhere between 60-80 days.

I actually liked 600000, but maybe it's really too much XD

But 60,000 seems pretty easy too
I mean when 6 people participate and each person is reading only 1000 pages per month, it would already be finished in 10 months. (And usually people read more pages/more people participate)

Every day you have to repeat the rules and answer questions of the books on the challenge, also add every single challenge and then come up with the big number of pages read, also keep track of the books read.

After a month it gets very (how to say it...)

Anyways, most of the members have voted for 60,000, so I'm happy for it, maybe we'll update it to 80,000, since we are 800+
