ABANDONED. told by mentally handicapped in the south as she goes around town writing her newspaper and trying to solve a crime. Told in a southern accent and many people take advantage of her mental disability, but told in her point of view.

Yes! She was going around town trying to figure out a crime or something for her self made newspaper.
