Barnes and Noble are selling a paperback with that ISBN (and a cover) and with the same publisher as this edition, Norm Hamilton. The other paperback on Goodreads has Meldrum House as the publisher. Did you or Smashword publish before Meldrum House took over? There look to be several Smashwords editions.
Meldrum House is the publisher but when a free ISBN is used as Smashwords (their recommendation) they list themselves as the publisher. There is only one Smashwords edition.The one on Goodreads that has no cover was created before the book was published. When the cover was added and the other editions added, all was well.
Now, for some reason this version with no cover appears. I am merely asking that it be removed as it serves no purpose.

On the face of it, the edition you want removing is currently being sold by Barnes and Noble which means it cannot be removed from Goodreads. We keep all editions.http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/from-...
It is likely that the import script found an edition that was missing from Goodreads and added it. I've added a cover (from Amazon not B&N, it looks identical).
