I tried to combine editions, and it's not popping up for me to do that. Or I'm doing it wrong, which is always possible. Can I get it fixed, particularly since I think it's the same edition showing twice? Thanks!

Hi D.C,I've just combined the editions for you, and I believe you're correct that one of the ebook editions was a duplicate-- so I've removed that edition as well.
