I read this book in 2013. I don't remember the names of any characters. The story is about a Knight who has a sister. The sister is married to a very cruel man. The marriage was arranged by the father of guy and when the father dies he tries to meet his sister. The sister's husband doesn't let him see her. He fears that his sister is dead. So he asks the neighbouring lord of his brother-in-law for help in attacking and rescuing his sister. The lord refuses the request stating he doesn't want to come between a husband and wife. But he asks one of his son to help the knight in finding the sister. The son is very pretty like a girl. The knight doesn't want him to come thinking he won't be able to fight but after he rescues him from some thieves he changes his mind. On the way to his sister's house they both fall in love but the knight keeps fighting the attraction. when they reach their sisters house the guy tells the knight to let him go to bring her sister as he won't be recognised by anyone in the castle. he dresses up as a maid and goes in the castle for a job. because he is very pretty he looks just like a girl. The brother in law of the knight calls the maid to his room. The maid who is really the other guy kills him and takes the sister to her brother. The story ends with the epilogue where it is told that the son of the lord married the sister of the knight and they all three lived in Scotland.
Oh there is also this brother of the son of the Lord who doesn't like him. at the end of the story he kidnaps his brother and tries to kill him. He is killed by the knight.
I have tries to find this book for so long. It is somewhere on my kindle but I can't remember the name of the book or the characters. It is a very nice book and I want to read it again. Please can someone help me in finding it.
