Will winked at her, running his fingers through his already messy hair. He was having a really good day. And those don't happen a lot. Normally he had Ok days...days that didn't really make a difference. But this day...had been amazing for him. He was honestly having the best day of his life. Work had been amazing, school had been even better, and meeting this girl? Icing on the cake. It was...amazing. "Haha it doesn't matter to me. I like natural tans if that's what your saying."

She honestly could say that it would be nice if their clocks told them the second you fell in love with our one true love. There wouldn't be any mistake of knowing that your one true love would leave you behind for another. No doubts about what could happen. It was perfect. But she still didn't know if she could believe in it. It just wasn't very trustworthy for her. When would her one true love find her? When she was in her thirties or fifties? It felt like it would. "Hmm...I just burn. It's pitiful, but I never really liked tanning anyway." Natalie shrugged her shoulders, dipping her spoon in her bowl again.
Will glanced down at his sleeve...where the clock was. Did he dare look at it? Nah. He didn't want to have to worry about that just yet. He was 19 for goodness sakes. Nothing near ready for a serious relationship. So he ignored it. But when he was ready, he would let it show. Be loud and proud. And when he found the girl that he was ment for...he would never let her go. He nodded understandingly at her comments. "My sisters are just like that. Can't tan to save their lives." He said with a small laugh, nodding. He was sure his birth family could tan well..just like him. But his adoptive family? No way.
She was relieved that he was actually a goodnatured guy who got along fine with her. It would be terrible if she discovered that he was a total tool and douchebag later on. But she didn't think he would turn out that way. Some people just revealed their true colors when you least expected it, but she thought that he didn't have as many layers as some people she knew. The less layers means the less lies and secrets. It was better really for everyone. "Honestly, there's the whole race discrimination and then there are the people purposely trying to make their skin darker. It makes no sense!" Natalie rolled her eyes.
