Note: these do not all apply to the notebook.

RULES

Here are the rules of how to write in and what to do with this notebook.

How to start...
1. Go to the beginning of the section, and read ALL THE WAY THROUGH the story!
2. Start writing!

What you can do...
1. You can leave sentences hanging, so the next author can start there. For example, you can write "She then said, ' " and leave the rest blank, or you can write "And so, she walked down the" and stop there.

2. The least you can write is a sentence, and the most you can write is 6 paragraphs AT A TIME (that means that you have to wait until someone else contribute until you can again)

3. Don't ruin a story. I mean, if it's a serious story, don't make it into some silly fairy tale all of the sudden.

4. Be silly! (If it's appropriate to the story) We once wrote a story, and one of the contributors added an intermission. It said, "INTERMISSION - snacks $1.00 ea.", then she continued writing..

How to start a new story....

1. A story can be anything! If you need inspiration, you can go online and look some stuff up, or even write a fan fiction or something similar. You can even write a sequel to one of the previous stories in the notebook.

FINAL RULE: have fun!!!
