Well flustered is a verb so you could say "He is flustered." "She is getting flustered." "And, then, suddenly, there they were, looking slightly flustered but seemingly OK," and stuff like that.And I'm just putting off doing my homework for as long as possible

It means you made him nervous or he didn't know what to say to you. Like when I called my friend good looking he got flustered because he was sorta nervous and embarrassed and didn't know what to say.
