You should be able to go to the book on eReaderIQ and see their chart of the prices. For example:

I bought this one when it dropped to 99 cents back in the middle of August. I got an email notification of that.
This is one of the ones I'm tracking. It *says* that within the last hour, the book is still 99 cents.
However - it's clearly still 2.81 on amazon.com. In fact, I just got an email from amazon.ca suggesting I buy it for 2.99. Does it say something different for you?

This is bizarre. If it was just one or two of them that were like this, I'd figure it was a glitch. But - so far (for me) it's been every single one since I signed up.

There's a "popup" on the Amazon web page that says:
Kindle Countdown Deal
Price goes up to $2.99 in
5 days, 11:44:32

They recommended readers "wait" until my book was 99 cents. Fine. My book went to 99 cents on Kindle Countdown - and their recommendation was to "wait" until it was 98 cents.
Dullards. :(
So far, every email has been incorrect about there being any kind of price drop on anything. I'm about to abandon it. Is this just typical?
